1st of all, im really glad JB is back.
Now, I think the forums are good, but I'd like to see a portal or sth like that.
About servers, 1.6 JB should stay up, its true that many people moved to csgo, but 1.6 JB is another thing. Secondly, you might want to add more servers, I'd suggest CSGO JB and probably Zombie Escape or even BaseBuilder. The reason why is that I have seen not many good servers like this and I'd like to see some in ambosia community. About CSGO Surf, I think that there are already plenty of CSGO surf servers, so adding any is not an option imo.
Well, thats what I have in mind now, jsut some overall and general suggestions.
EDIT: Furthermore CSGO jb maps are better, due to many and new tools that are in SDK JB maps will have more options and games to play with.
Our new forums is ready but due to host having problems we couldn't copy the database we already worked on thatcs 1.6 JB will stay up we have our playerbase here. CS:GO JB is gone be prepared like i said in my other topic we will work on it the moment we launch all the servers and that we fix everything. Zombie escape and basebuilder we will see that in futur right now we will stick with those 3 CS:GO servers. Because first of all we need to gain our CS:GO player base. CS:GO surf will not be done simply because we dont have the playerbase yet for it.1) Refresh the admin list. Many of them dont even play much. *Even though you currently cannot judge*. There's even still a classic admin list.
2) Move trash topics make the forum a little more tidy. There are many trash topics in the forums which need cleaning.
3) Encourage people to donate. The community dont get many donations as much as I know. Like admins with more powers or something for donators.
4) Add an homepage like there was one before. Ambrosia-servers.eu/home
5) Motivate staff. I am not saying staff are not motivated but, do something to motivate staff. Like get brand new staff and stuff or regularly give them projects to work with which they can handle.
6) Add some more servers to different games. Maybe look into some other different Steam games which you can expand into. Or even like I suggested before open a Runescape private server, but dont link it with the Ambrosia forums, you can make $100's of dollars weekly once it is done properly. 3 servers for CS 1.6 is perfect in my opinion. Leave it how it is: Surf, JB, D2 only.
7) Host proper CS:GO competitions. I know it was attempted before but get someone to properly organise it. Proper hosters and streamers. Those who do not attend gets like a small punishment.
8 ) Host a referral competition. The person to refer the most people gets like a free $10 game or some sort.
9) Remove some boards like the coding one: http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?board=470.0, or do something to increase the activity of them.
These are just my suggestions for now

1) Admin list will be restored like i said in my update topic there will be an update of it. Every single admin will be removed from our list people who are still here they will have to contact high staff or the head admin of their server. Thats for people who will wish to stay admin.
2) Maybe there are old topics but thats the history of Ambrosia we wont just remove every single topic we my consider moving them to archive were members will be able to see them.
3) Encouraging people to donate that's not really our thing everybody is free to do what they want in this situation if they feel like helping ambrosia with donation then its great but if they don't feel like helping ambrosia that's also great

5) Staff will get back activity that's for sure like i said to improve our community we will need people who are active we won't keep anymore people that are here only for to stay around. If they are staff that means that they accepted to work and improve the community not to be our statue.
6) Like i said we will expand to different game servers but first we will need to gain our activity in current servers.
7) There will be proper CS:GO tournement as long as i remember there were some CS:GO tournements done by some of the staff team and things went well.
People obviously they can share our community with their friends that's what its about it to make a big great community were we can see people from different country's and different cultures.
9) Forums will have a clean up with the new theme that will come.
- Customize the current theme/make it more modern.
- Add a portal / other pages.
- Remove the inactive staff/admins and replace them with experienced / active ones.
- Focus more on csgo rather then cs 1.6
- Add a MTA / SA:MP server as they're getting popular and popular every day plus it has a large community which can attract new members.
- Partners / Sponsors [if possible]
- Remove the boards which aren't needed / not active.
- [Make yourself visible on forums and not hidden/all times.]
..etc etc.
- Our new theme that will come we have done some stuff the moment that will be able to move it we will..
- There will be.

My personal opinion, and I know many will contradict, is to do what you guys think is for the best. Honestly, I hear people complaining and asking things all the time. "High staff sucks, no servers for months..." "Staff are doing nothing" and at the end of the day the servers are empty and all the work goes for nothing... I say concentrate on 2-3 1.6 and 2-3 CS:GO servers and once activity goes back on(summer I guess) we can discuss about any significant changes imho.

uhm I think if there are changes needed, it'd have been on servers:
1- boosting dd2 every week will help to gain more players.
2- adding new plugins to the server will make it enjoyable for people. (I don't say it's not enjoyable, but some aditional plugins would be a benefit for both staff and players.)
3- If possible a server for wars/mixs on csgo or 1.6, weakly or daily.
4- If possible for the csgo players (twitch streamers) to advertise for ambrosia? A way to make it larger around the e-sport.
I hope some of my suggestions may be helpful.
1 - We can do that but will it really work to gain the player base that's what ambrosia wa doing for years but can be considered.
2- Well give me an example.
3 - Well we will see that later once we launch all.
4 - We have a twitch streamer never seen ambrosia gaining members because of that so now sure about it.

The Actual Servers needs to be boosted, once they are actually alive, call their actual admins, and remove those inactive
& that would be just a start.

That's true everybody moved into Counter-Strike:GO but 1.6 still alive and for the most of you it's better

- We can't allow you to delete people's thread thats forum moderators work.
- Well author needs to think before posting thats done in purpose so we could get hold of people who break rules because if you are able to delete your post's then forum moderators can not see what was going on there. We do not delete any topic in forums.

I am gonna say all that i think that would be the best for this community:
1) We have to accept that counter strike 1.6 is not a viable game anymore so only leave jailbreak which usually has players and build cs:go servers like jailbreak, DM and DD2 that for a start is not bad.
2) Change the whole staff list to a new one with the server that we will have/we currently have and of course, changing the whole staff who are in there. As well, remove the inactive staff, not only admins and pass to the number 4) suggestion talking about this.
3) Talking about forum, i'd suggest to refresh all the topics like removing useless/forgotten topics/sections because it looks like it needs a clean-up urgently, if you see all the forum you'll see topics from the last year so well, refresh the forum. As well, i'd like to say that the theme should be changed as soon as possible to have a different look of the website.
4) Agilize the addition of new staff when you need it, i mean servers or for the community so you'll have ready people to help you out, in addition, add new/old staff as required but dont mind in adding new ones
5) You should start to advertise the community so new players will be able to find it and try the community and it would be a great addition to the community, new members for a new start of the community (which it needs).
6) Remove the servers that are not playable because it looks like we have left them there so it would be a good idea to remove it and add the new ones when they're ready to be played
This is all that should be done in the following 6 months from now to get a good community as it was before, dont hesitate in talking about all the staff you need to complete it and dont worry and take your time to refresh the community as we did before " a new start" of ambrosia.

1) We still have our 1.6 playerbase but it dissapered some were after they were asking everyday for the servers i guess inactivity or i don't know but for the moment we will keep 1.6.

If you will, and I belive you will, take a personal aproach to every single suggestion, that would be good transition to a real community! After many years when we don't have queens, ranks and dramas, but a guy who runs the shit actually asking members what do you want instead of making everything top secret and fk nothing at the end. Sorry rawr but this is true. None of the projects lasted long. You should make this kinda topic ages ago..

Why we need a jailbreak for csgo? Because we don't have much jailbreak servers in csgo and most of full jailbreak csgo servers are russian, some people moving from source and 1.6 to csgo they atleast want to try a jailbreak server in csgo, i've never seen a jailbreak with english people and active , if we play much on it it will be soo active and its easy to invite people because its on steam , maybe some english famous streamers will visit it to try the mod in english who knows? Why don't we be 1# in csgo active jailbreak servers? We are the first to make the server there will be thousands jailbreak servers in csgo coming in future! So lets be the first community to make a good server with good fair head-admin and administrators it will be godly active and if we make it with the site advertisement (visit ambrosia-servers.eu) blablabla i guarantee you new lots of people to the community.
High staff please read my post carefully it could build a god activeness to the community , and i tried the best suggestion to write for you and i wish the best of luck for you guys<3.

Please don't rush to make any of the CS:GO servers, take your time to make sure they don't run like absolute dog shit. Don't let header touch any of the GO servers either.

hah, i don't know if you got the idea of inviting people who had brain.
as many of us know that "boost" means lot of players join the server regards of their age.
but it's look like kids over there. that's why lot of servers full 24/7 cuz of kids.
playing with 2v2 who knows cs exactly better more than 15v15 kids
Everybody has the right to play in this community kids or grown that's why its community where everybody has their own chance to be in a community.
Demote everyone you can and make a fresh start with the team. And think 5 times before doing that. Genuine suggestion. I visit ambrosia at most 2/3 times a month because of that reason.
If you could elaborate on this would be great because saying it without any good reason it easy but doing it without any great reason that also will be a bit nonsens.
