@ReFresh If you are a Forum Moderator, what makes you think that you can "leak" private reports made about someone's post out to the public? Things such as reports of the posts should be 100% confidential therefore do not do it next time because you are starting to piss me off with your wanky replies and actions. You are doing your job, yes. But don't overexaggerate and try to prove a case with things like this.
Once again, I don't think his post was offensive and you must be in the wrong position if you are that easily triggered.. Maybe his post was 100% correct about you now that I see your actions about a bit of critique.
Because everyone already knows what happened between you and Denial since Rawrplus had to interfere on the warning (or moderation, can't remember) that Dominic issued on Denial because of that report and therefore, that issue was made public so this report isn't confidential at all. Stop victimizing yourself already.
And what tells you that I'm overreacting (and not overexagerating since this word doesn't make any sense at all)? How about you read at least what I have stated in my replies in order to justify my action and try to contradict them with some valid arguments instead of continuously trying to defend your so beloved friend without providing any evidence at all in order to justify your arguments?
Rule a) was broken since he was swearing in his post, even if it wasn't addressed directly to someone but the concerned people know perfectly who it was addressed to.
Rule b) was broken since as I said like 1341348013581038510385 times already, some people (including me) have felt concerned by his post and therefore, by his insults.
Rule e) was broken since a discrimination was made towards some members of the staff team (not a big deal but let's still state it).
Rule f) was broken since his speech wasn't made in a respectful way and contained a lot of hate.
Rule h) was broken since no respect was shown towards the concerned members.
Therefore, a 15% warning was issued on him in order to let him know that some rules were broken by his side. No moderation or mute was issued on him since his post wasn't that much offensive and since he doesn't usually tend to offend people directly like that so chill already. He has the right to ask for a warning removal in 1 month if he manages to stick to the forum rules until then.
But well, who knows? He probably managed to offend me not on purpose (1% of chance) but I really doubt that it was the case since we have never really been in good terms and since his post was clear enough. And even if it was the case (don't get me wrong, it wasn't the case but I'm saying this in order to be able to contradict your arguments), his post didn't stick to the rest of the rules stated previously so the warning was still justified. So yeah, you are the ones who are overreacting since it's a forum warning and not a moderation, mute or ban so take a chill pill and stop defending him already.
Maybe the majority doesn't stick to these rules or doesn't pay attention to them while posting, but it doesn't automatically mean that they should be continuously broken, specially when the offences are addressed to some people.
Hope this was clear enough, I don't need to keep justifying my act only because some people don't agree with the rules that were not even written by myself.
This will be the last reply about the subject hopefully. If an other post is made about this case (by a non-staff member of course, since I don't own the right to punish staff members), it will be automatically deleted and its poster will be warned for going off-topic and for disrespecting this warning.
Cheers.
