1 thing , there shouldn't be something called vent time , think about it in real life if the prisoners goes anywhere but the command they will be punished :P

Well, I dont think that such rule will help us... since it will make rebelling harder and harder...
"Vent Time" rule is just fine.. no need to remove/modify it from my opinion.
