Wow. Yeah, I may have said a few word Dams, but no, I didn't mean to insult them. If you did read my reply I said I don't want to insult, with that post over here I meant that they should have better things to do than report someone for a few words in a server with no rules, with the screenshots which they didn't make. I'm stating the fact that they are being very childish. I don't hate anyone, I have nothing personal with Proto, Pinky or Smiley. I am just saying that the couple here is doing too much and have crafted a sword, but you know a sword cuts in 2 sides. They tried to go with 1 side only but now can't bear the other side of the sword which they crafted themselves. If you call this hate, nope, if you've got facts for something, imo it's not hate. You have facts in earlier posts about you.  And please Proto, you can do better, you stuck on the same words. Most of us here aren't really friends, you call us friends, you call us haters. Lmao but I see the same people too "defending you", especially Ray, he was dead until now but now he came up and supports you? Wow. And this is the first time I actually come up in a report and I never said I'm supporting Smiley or I'm supporting you.  In my honest opinion if you wouldn't put your nose this much over here, the topic would be easier to handle. first of all i know that i am not active at all but when i came to forum to check how is the server i saw this so i came by to say my opinion about it even though i don't care what are you guys going to say about me...... we all are kidding in the server with insults and without swearing is allowed in jailbreak cause its already a jail we are all prisoners but since that insulting is a joke some people wont like that joke sometimes so if i told someone any insulting word and he got mad about it i should say sorry and stop  joking with him/her in this way cause thats how we should respect each other i know that what i am saying sounds bad for some people but i don't care i just said that i am not active in the server and as i see you are all defending smiley in my opinion smiley did nothing wrong according to the rules but to the limits of the way we treat each other yeah she did i don't know if she deserves a ban for that.... anyway have fun people and always remember that this game is only made for fun you are not working here don't be depressed

I really try to respect everyone that posts his opinion, including you, even pinky and proto, and mostly my position in the community, keeping shit inside, but wow, im defending smiley and im a hater. I bet imma get in a lot of trouble after this topic but did you even ready my posts? Did you read the others'? Saying smiley is a good girl and blablabla and all I said about her was 1)she flamed in a server in which flaming is allowed and 2)you wanna ban her for this? Go ahead, but those two have done worse, so why should they keep getting away with it? Your arguement on the other hand is that we are all haters(although i even posted proof), but you are ok. Do you really think she is the angel she plays in front of you? Do you really think she cares about you or any other "friend" here? Then, she posted some pics of our chats in this topic(totally irrelevant and rude, and i didnt see any comment from you on that, but i guess she loved my pickup lines and wanted a souvenir) and calls her lawyer.

So not very very long ago I wanted to try a little experiment. Hoping they had changed, i talked with 2 people(they have posted in this topic) and i tried to be nice, trying to see if this would work. Added pinky on steam, apologised to her for any fights we've had, even with proto. I swear, i was hoping they changed and i'd see a good side. Within a week, after a few tries, I got her to open up. Oh the things i heard.. For so many people, even Proto himself, the attorney... (sorry, but after what she posted i have to explain) Not a single good word about any single person in Ambrosia. Then a month ago what I've heard from them about java.... Lord, how evil can some people be. No,didn't record, im not the person that would attempt stab people immediately like Proto cries for proof(but i don't read his posts anymore, he wanted proof for his bad behavior, i gave it and then he said "that was not in the server", LOL )  but apparently, as you see, they were prepared for months, cause those chats were months ago. This is who they are, they couldn't care less about you, he defends her for years and we all know why, i don't blame him for that, but her.. She doesn't think of him like that, you don't know her enough mate. So please, for your own good, don't say such things and don't take a side(don' deny it, it's obvious), they want your support, they wanna seem nice, but they even conspire against each other. No, i'm not on smiley's side, no offense but i couldn't care less what happens, im against the viruses that ruin all the fun, and what am i even asking for? Them to grow up... What if i am defending Ambrosia? What if they were not here? Would we be arguing now? The answer is obvious.

The rules says that you can insult cause it's a jail, right? You can bribe admins to do stuff too but if someone get offended or if there is something personal the person can report, and that's what we did, and as dams said you might be hanging out with the wrong people, without actual proof, and don't worry it's not a backfire, it's the same people hating all over again, a backfire means all the community is against you, not some friends that spamming without actual proof, I call this a hate posts and dams already named them.

@Ninja Assassin As far as I know it doesn't take a genius to figure out if it's roleplay or something personal, a roleplay is a role that you play in the server with someone else, while there is no "roleplay" in the screenshots as soon as we join or leave she insults, u got it? no? again, as soon as we "leave" or "join" she insults, didn't get it yet? still biased? alright again, as soon as we LEAVE or JOIN she insults, and if someone LEAVES hes OUT OF THE SERVER that means it's an INSULT and not a roleplay, we talked on steam didn't we? didn't you said by your own mouth that "if she do this again i will punish her on my own way in the server" ? that means YOU KNOW its not roleplay and YOU KNOW that she's insulting for no reason, it's yesterday chat on steam not year ago so I don't think you forgot.

Well, I thought that it would be useless from my part to post my opinion but I guess that it's time for me to do it. Even though, I don't play Prisonbreak anymore but I have perfectly understood the gameplay and the mentality of the server. The reason why @Ed hasn't solved this yet is because it really is a time consuming task since you have to go through each post. Moreover, the situation is very complicated and I guess that he cannot allow himself to solve the report without reconciling both sides (I may be wrong on this one). So I'm going to give my opinion in order to help you to see things a bit differently. Even though, most things that I'm going to say have already been said but it's not a huge deal. What matters is that you understand my point of view of the situation.

But before I give my opinion, I'd like to let you know that I'm not taking any sides. I've known Pinky and Proto for years so I know how good they can be (even if they have their flaws, like everybody in this community). And I've also known Smiley for years and I perfectly know her as well. So it is technically impossible for me to take any side and to be biased.

However, don't expect me to be fair while giving my opinion. Even if I'm not willing to take any side, I have to be 100% honest and we all know who is right and who is wrong.

So let's start.

1. Pinky

I have known Pinky since the day that I joined this community and I have always known her as a friendly person, even if I have never considered her as a friend. She is a friendly person whose main purpose is to have fun. However, I'm not going to hide the fact that she has her flaws. As you have already noticed, she doesn't get on well with other girls in the community (tasha, Kristina, Smiley, Java, etc.). She has been a lot in trouble with the other girls of the community (and she has already been punished for it) but that's how she is and there is nothing you can do about it. So yeah, she really is a friendly person but she has her flaws, like everybody in this community.

2. Proto

Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing about Prototype. I don't hate him since I have never hated anyone in this community nor in my life but I know who he is. Firstly, he has never tried to be friendly with anyone except Pinky which explains his reputation. In the gaming world (specially in Jailbreak), people try their best to be friendly with everyone in order to have more fun and to enjoy the game at its finest. We are a community after all. However, Proto has never tried to be friendly with anyone except Pinky and that's what explains why people don't enjoy playing with him. It's pretty natural. I can't be friendly with someone who doesn't want to be friendly with me. I have tried to be friendly with Proto in the past but he has always rejected me and I'm pretty sure that he used to trashtalk behind my back, like he trashtalks about every single one of us. In addition to that, he tends to overreact very easily and he gets easily mad.

And why am I saying that ? Because I have seen Proto myself imitating other people of the community. Only Proto, Pinky and me were in the server that day so you can see that we were in good terms at that time. However, I was Head Admin of Jailbreak when this happened (and didn't take actions since it was somehow private). But I don't know if they were really in good terms with me or if my position forced them to act that way. So some time later (when I resigned and Andrew replaced me), Proto did something that pushed me to report him but I didn't want to do it myself. So I gave the demo to @BuddyTrollsten and he reported him to @Andrew~. But well, the issue was made public and even if @BuddyTrollsten made his best to keep me anonymous, I couldn't keep myself from posting in the topic. So yeah, they knew that it was all because of me so they unfriended me on Steam (I guess that they trashtalked so bad behind my back as well). And since that day, they have considered me as a "bad person". I guess that I broke their trust while they are the ones who broke mine when I knew who they really were (when they started trashtalking about people behind their back and imitating them for no reason).

But as I can see, I'm not the only one who is in bad terms with him and I'm surprised that almost every single one of you who has posted in this topic shares the same opinion. The only ones who have posted and aren't in bad terms with him are PL, Jake and Ray. But PL doesn't know Proto well enough in order to give an opinion about himself in the first place. I don't know about Jake since he hasn't said anything of useful. And Ray, he knows Proto in real life since they are neighbours (and I bet that Proto asked him to post something through Whatsapp) but I know what he really thinks about Proto.

3. Proto-Pinky relationship

We all know that Proto and Pinky join the JB/PB server together. I have already seen Pinky join the JB/PB server without Proto but I have never seen Proto join the JB/PB without Pinky. So we can already see that Proto's activity depends somehow on Pinky's. We also know what's going on between both of them. So yeah, this is really entertaining and that's why people talk about it 24/7. A lot of things happen between the both of you that we are not even aware of so it's easy for us to hate you (even if we shouldn't) because we know that you trashtalk behind our back. It's like you had your own community. And in addition to that, you defend eachother in public.

I mean, the reason why this led to drama and the reason why I'm trashtalking about you right now (while I clearly said that I didn't want to give my opinion about the situation) is because you (Proto) took the decision to defend her while you should have stayed outside of this and let us (report panel) handle the situation. So you just made things more complicated than they were while this report wasn't supposed to go so far and to be that serious. Thank you for that.

And don't get mad at me. I couldn't care less about your relationship. I'm just giving my honest opinion regarding the situation so people can perfectly understand my point of view.

4. Smiley

Smiley has always been a very friendly person (even Pinky isn't as friendly as her). She is friendly and respects everyone in the community (even the ones who hate her) and everyone agrees with that since it's the truth. Just look at her replies, even though she has all the reasons to hate you, you can perfectly see that she is somehow remaining friendly with you since all she does is defend herself instead of attacking you. She has never been in trouble with anyone, you are actually the ones who are in trouble with her.

5. The report itself

So let's end this post by giving an opinion regarding the report.

As we can see Pinky, who has always been in trouble with other girls of the community, is reporting Smiley, a friendly person who has never been in trouble with anyone so far. Why ? For saying "grossy".

- Firstly, there is no evidence that this was directed to you, as several people have already mentioned in this topic.
- Secondly, this is PRISONBREAK and it is allowed actually to talk rudely. In this particular case, even if it was directed to you, which I highly doubt and there is no evidence to support that, it doesn't simply matter because it's not an offence at all since it is ALLOWED. If you have personal issues with Smiley then it's your problem, not ours. We can't punish her for that.
- Last but no least, even if it wasn't allowed and even if it was directed to you, it wouldn't be enough to punish her.

But the problem is that Proto, who has never tried to be friendly with anyone except Pinky, has taken the decision to make this situation more dramatic than it was because he wants to show her that he loves her I guess. So yeah, thank you Proto for being unable to control yourself and for pushing people to trashtalk about you and about your relationship and therefore, forcing us to make such posts in order to solve an issue that could have been solved ages ago in a 2-lines post. Those who have been too far will be punished but you are the one who triggered them (here).

I don't know if I'm being harsh there but I'm being honest and I'm saying this in front of you instead of trashtalking behind your back. You need to know what people think about this because you are taking it too far. You can hate me for it but I'm sticking to the terms and conditions and I'm just doing my job which consists of moderating this forum (doing my best so this doesn't happen again) and solving reports.

Anyway, let's just wait for @Ed to finally solve the issue because this is seriously getting too far.

If pinky have some issues with me and Andrew so its understable but why she have the same attitude with @java GIRL  @Queen Smiley @QueenGirly  and few ex-ambrosians, thats mean there would be something black in pusles, idc if she's princess and she would be for her own not here okay, In my eyes everyone is equal Java, Smiley, Andrew etc everyone.
I used to friend with pinky since 2012, it's been from the beginning that we always used to have excuses and argues but when I realized pinky always look to get some boys in her favour so she can insult and kickout some ambrosians easily.
I can say 100% that pinky doesn't give a shit about proto at back, as I heard manythings from pinky's mouth and about Proto .. this is still same proto that I met about 4 years ago. Prototype told me in 2013 that he's going to marry with pinky even though he sent me some pictures of cars to buy for their future , at that moment I was quitely shocked and I didn't talk to pinky for 1 month and proto told me that stop coming between us and said that I would just create troubles between them, I thought it could be possible because I saw many cases like that, marrying through internet.. i don't wanna discuss about it anymore. Proto you are still unmarried and I know your background so stop trying to convince me that what you are.

Pinky if we live or stay in some community so we have to maintain our attitude and descipline and have to be good to everyone not to fight with them.

Then I said, "I am not liking JB that much coz of too much drama". Then she further showed her curiosity to know what made me say so. That's why I explained what actually happened. BUT I did not know that one of Pinky's friends, with whom my relation was OK, was there at the same chat group. Then after sometime, I got the PM and ts3 messages from this guy asking me to join another ts3 server. And I clearly told him "If you want to talk about Pinky, I am not coming because I am seriously done with it". Then he said,"No no, it's not related to that, it's something really important". Then I felt that he needed my help on something ( I always try helping  people the best I can if they ask for it), so I joined that ts3. After joining, I saw 2 other people in the channel with different names, and I asked him," who are these people?". He said, "They are my friends" and then he started talking about PINKY and those other 2 people with different names were none other than PINKY and PROTO. Dammmmmmnnnnnnnn!! After knowing that he took advantage of my kindness, I was soooooo MAD and started RAGING. But the way Proto was swearing at me was wayyyyyyy too far. So, I disconnected from there. Oh Yeah, they tried to hunt me in pack like DOGS.  I was really SHOCKED to see how far they can go.

After that ts3 event, I came to shout box and wrote "I am so much done Omggg so much of drama here". When I said so Proto again started swearing at me there. You can see his flaming degree at the SS provided by @Andrew in his post. After seeing  this fight at shout box, Ed called me at ts3. There, I explained EVERYTHING to Ed and Roni. Then, Ed asked me, "Did you know that Insulting/Flaming are allowed at JB?" I said "NO".  Then he said, "Yeah,  there are no rules for Swearing/Flaming at JB server." After knowing this, I BARELY go to JB ,and sometimes if I go there, I proceed at my own risk.

After that ts3 incident with Pinky and her friends, Whenever I joined JB, some random guys, out of nowhere, started flaming at me. And Pinky was encouraging them with her nonsense replies. One guy said, "Fuck you Java". Did I report? No, because now I know that there is NO RULES for Swearing ( I and others are repeating this RULE thingy for zillion times, but still Pinky and Proto are not getting this Is there any problem with their mental ability to grasp things?
