U got something wrong you know. Andrew is just proving to proto that himself flames and insult. I got the point of andrew. He meant that even if smiley said grossy and whatever what proto usually insults is way worse. So why is he complaining? Am i right @Andrew~

Here's the problem you see, you're saying that the shoutbox SS won't do anything.
In my opinion the whole reason your report is still on going and is not trashed yet is because of the shoutbox screenshot you posted of smiley, since it's the only "hard" evidence that it's being directed towards you since you guys might have been CT at the time (or at least you claim to be, others say it was different people), without that shoutbox screenshot this whole report is a gamble since everything said in the server isn't really directed to you and you're hoping someone would be dumb enough.

Also gunshots don't burn they wound.
Out of 10 bans, only one single ban is justified, the rest were trigger happy admins like yourself, those who are proud of having a little badge for affirmation.

You are the definition of an incompetent person. Also the offer still stands, I can turn this case around but since you've dug yourself a deeper hole it'll be 2500 points instead to get you out of this scenario.

I was told by Ed and Roni that there are no rules for swearing/Insulting at JailBreak Server unless the degree of flaming exceeds the LIMIT. After knowing that, I barely go to JB server. But the appellant of this report and her friends have been playing in JailBreak for many years. And they still don't know the RULES? Or as Andrew said Are they trying to be so called "ANGELS" here, which is a TOTAL EPIC FAIL EVER to be honest?

And making report for using the world "Gross" is extremely hilarious because these people themselves are known for insulting/flaming at JB in higher extent. And now STOP CRYING saying PROOF PROOF. All of us are giving our opinions from our experiences. Take this : if someone applies for the Admin, we give our opinions on the application based on the appellant's activities in the server. We don't always take Screenshots and Demos to support our points, but the opinions matter.

I truly believe that this report does not make any sense at all. If you get insulted/flamed by the word "Gross", don't play in the server where there is no rules against Swearing. It is as SIMPLE AS THAT. So just CUT THE CRAP replies.

[plainbox]As to those who are wondering why this has not been dealt with accordingly, the answer is that I personally have requested everyone, who could and would like to to solve this, to leave it for me. Just so you know, I haven't forgot and will solve this when I feel it is appropriate to do so. This shall not be locked or moved or solved by anyone but me.

If you have anything else to add to the this topic, please do so. I will take a decision when I feel it's time is due.

If those ss are recent, logs can be checked, but the most you are getting out of this report is a 1 day ban, but most likely a warning, it'd me way more efficient if you'd report this on server, if you feel that someone is insulting you, then ask the admin or idk who, and if that person doesnt stop, im sure he will get banned eventually.
