Stop using so many blur effets

Blur looks only good in backgrounds or a little bit of blur on certain parts of body simulating movement (note, check my Deadpool signature for example, although it's somewhat rushed and could have been a lot better made, you can see how blur is pushing his face forward and putting point of interest on the foreground for the eye of human).

You can see how only edges of him are blurred and not the entire body so he looks like part of the signature. It's not really done properly, since i spent only around 30 min - 1 hour total on that, but hopefuly you get the idea. Also you can see on the deadpool signature what I meant with the text oppacity (will be mentioned in my post below).
On the pink anime signature, her head is cropped out. You always want a full body in all photos / signatures. It never looks good when somebody is cropped. Also, if you wanted to make her look like inside of the signature, you should have made background layer, her as a a layer on top of it, fuse the layers and then use the stroke so she looks like she's inside the picture and not just copy-pasted on top of it.
On the Regalterror one, it's a bit confusing, I'm not sure what sort of impression am I supposed to get with it. Happy Peter and sluttied up Lois from family guy and Stevie with guns? What is that supposed to mean? Also while I appreciate the attempty to make something artistic around them with blurs, in the long run, it just does an impression of a badly cut out picture placed there, a stamp that has been blurred out by picture. If you want to make them more movealike, Create a layer copy of a pivot (image / person you're using) and use motion blur tool. That way you will have the center of it sharp and a nice little field behind them blurred creating illusion of movement.
Last but not least, I'd recommend using less eye-dragging colors. I'm not saying your signatures should be black and white only, but it looks a lot better and professional if you stick to color schemes of three eye-calming colors, eg. red white and dark red instead of light blue / pink what you used in your signatures.
Also, your current signature the Kirby one which I bet you got from internet and added text (:p), if you want to make text look like it's rotated around a certain object, make sure it's center properly and not going through object's bodyparts. Also you should pay a bit more attention to transparency. For example, in your regalterror signature, the fotn stands out too much on the other hand, on the Kirby one, it's barely noticable. In certain situation, it's good to make text barely noticable, but in those situations you'd generally want to make it look like it's a modern floating sign there, or I don't even know how to describe it. It's simply a feeling you'll develop over years of working with photoshop, when to put focus on it and when not to

Hopefuly you've gotten least something from my reply. It's not too easy to listen to critique but it's the only good way of improving
