That's a nice confession, but you shouldn't reversely brake the community rules by destroying his base.
You can report him instead, so it makes you clean out of it.

Other thing, both of you didn't attached any evidence, so is kind of spam now

No support as the quote for a reason. If you show this sort of attitude now, then when becoming an admin you won't care much either for players, but only for your self. Becoming an admin on our servers isn't just privilege or rank on forum, it's about helping people when help is needed and reacting to situations accordingly with clear head.

Also in your admin application post you say you want to help, this doesn't seem much help, just more trouble making. Force with force creates more chaos.
