Darkness ur in ridwan school? if so i will tell u their :Pand um .. go amxmod.org (i think thats the link just google) , and download the FULL INSTALLER .. then open it setup it , then open it again and choose steam dedicated server , then choose ur cstrike folder and next and install and finish ..Done.

Giving admin rights is easyamx_addadmin ip < Ip of the player >amx_addadminid < Id of the player > (steam id)
