Ambrosia League - Info & Regulations

Welcome to yet another Ambrosian event.
A 3vs3 CS:GO league where tactics and teamwork play a major role.
This event is closely related to normal matchmaking gameplay.

General/Matching Info
Each team will have a home map(cannot change)and bombsite(can change).
They will have to play 2 matches(home and away) of 16 rounds against each other, receiving 3 points for a win, 1 point each for a draw, and 0 points for loss.
The first 3 teams of the league with the most points when all matches are played win!
In case of teams having the same points, the one with most wins is considered higher, and if wins and draws are equal as well, round difference(rounds won - rounds lost =?) is taken into account.


Map Pool
To ensure fair play,
the maplist includes 7 of the most popular and well-known maps of the
CS:GO Competitive cycle:
-De_Dust2
-De_Inferno
-De_Mirage
-De_Train
-De_Nuke
-De_Cache
-De_Overpass
Each team will have to choose a home map, and only 1 bombsite will be available for the whole match, however, the whole map will be playable. Just like competitive, during half time teams will be swapped, but the bombsite remains the same.

Teams & Structure
Each team must have 3 main players, one of them being the leader(in charge of keeping the team up to date and negotiating for any issues/requests), a team name, a home map and up to 2 substitutions. They must provide all these when the applications open if they wish to enter.

Substitutions
During the application process, each team can provide up to 2 extra players who can replace someone when they are not able to show up for a match. Only the substitutes can replace team players and they CANNOT be changed in the future, only removed.

Cancellation Cards
Each team will have 2 available cancellation "cards" to use, meaning the ability to cancel an upcoming match they have in case they cannot show up, so it can be rescheduled. When the cards run out, they cannot ask for a match to be rescheduled any further, and if they fail to show up, they automatically lose the match 16-0. Let me point out that if less than 2 players of a team show up for a game, the match is considered a forfeit and the opposing team wins. The matches CANNOT be cancelled/rescheduled on the match day, but at least 1 day prior.

Additional Info & Conditions
-Players must have a prime CS:GO account.
-Players must not have any VAC bans on their account.
-Players must be forum members for at least 1 week to join.
-Players cannot play with another account other than the one they applied with.
-Teams must follow and comply with our server rules found here
-The matches will mostly take place in the evenings(GMT) and more often weekends. Arrange your schedule accordingly.
-Failure to comply with any directions given from the staff managing the match will get you disqualified.
-The tournament server will be hosted in France, EU.


In order for the league to start, at least 6 teams need to register. If less than 6 teams apply, it will be temporarily cancelled. The applications will be opened shortly.
