Hello guys, is this motherboard worth for 300 Euros?

So the final story is that I talked to this guy but he wanted me to pay before I get the motherboard. I denied that,  and I told him I'll pay half then the other half after I get to test the product, he said he'll see if he gets another offer and now he won't reply back, definitely a scam because he also lied that the motherboard is new and he never used it before but he already sent me pictures of the desktop.

Too good to be true.
My d*ck is hard just like life,

Sad story 2019.

Thanks for reading, my heart is broken.
