So, lets clear some misconceptions about hacking. Hacking your friends account (while your friend possesses it) is not difficult, actually it isn't even called hacking, but hacking ur friends account while he has been hacked, you would actually need to know who the hackerman is, and then do some stuff. There are other ways to "hack" an account (like, thousands of ways, i can list u around 20 if you really want, but just "hacking", not hacking)
So, sticking to the word "hacking", you need to at least understand how things work, and if you still manage to find out how the things work, you need to find out how to gain access to the password and username (or other data), and if someone has found that out, then he wouldnt give it for free, and definitely ambrosia wouldnt be the best palce to ask for (and there has been a rule for hacking requests), however if you are willing to pay +$10k hit me up on steam, I can surely redirect you somewhere, if you dont have the money, then tell ur friend to create a new account and remember the email (or however snapchat works) so he doesnt get "hacked" next time (assuming you are trying to get your friends account, and not doing any harm). And yes, I have had accounts "hacked" in the past and i "hacked" them back.
So, unless we know the case, we cant help you with anything.
