Complaint:    I have no idea what is the matter with this guy, he just keeps kicking me without any reasons. He tries to cause drama, and abuses his admin powers to take over the argumentation. I do NOT intend to provoke any admins at all! Seriously, I am fed up with this guy!

Not really. I was afk for like 30 seconds, then I got kicked.

You clearly kicked me more than one time. I did not threaten you, the High Staff can check the logs for that.

Yo let me make someth clear. You were afk for 30 secs? i think its mainly enough for the auto kicker. Although since Clubber mentionned threatening? Whats that all about? When you wanna make a complaint make sure to mention all details including what u said to him before the kick. Claiming that clubber kicked you without any reason is to be honest quite unbelievable. Also as u said logs could be checked.
Im still not defending Clubber but there is somthing quite weird. I know clubber for a long time and he never kicked anyone without any reason i mean....  he never had that issue.

EDIT : After carefully checking the SS i see that somth is not clear from Clubber's part as well. To be honest clubber i didnt see any threatening from florian's part. At least in these screenshots. Logs really need to get checked.

Florian could u tell the whole story? Beacuse u mentioned when he kicked you, maybe u were doing something before that...
There is atleast 20 ppl in the server when server is boosted, so from those +20 ppl i dont think he would leave them and think:" oh why not abuse my rights on Florian". There is gotta be a reason, even if its simple

Correct! That has been said after the first kick, I have no rights to say that without a reason.
I have no idea what really triggered him to kick me twice(before that afk thing kicked me... I guess). I've been playing here even before, and I am quite familiar how things go around here .If I have said anything really bad that violates the rules, I would gladly accept the punishment.
For the moment, I am not quite sure who is being accused here, me for seeking justice, or him (which he is not even responding). I've been repeating my self over and over right now, check the logs, there is nothing that I really said before the first kick.

Firstly, Florian is an old player an admin, so I don't think he'd come up with a story to get Clubber in trouble. Secondly, if there's an accusation and the player has posted his part and evidence, he has no further obligation to do/say anything else. It is the Staff's job to check logs or ask the admin to explain his side. The amount of kicks issued can be found in the logs.

Now from what I see, Florian asked Clubber to leave him alone, and Clubber kicked him for "threatening", which is simply wrong. Then Florian asked for an explanation and(according to the SS) he didn't receive any. I would like to remind you Clubber that you're there to ban cheaters, not kick people because their conversations don't match your taste.

If, however, Clubber was indeed threatened, provided a warning to Florian, and ONLY then after Florian continued he kicked him, then it's Clubber who should provide evidence. Florian has done his part so far, so I suggest you guys quit the interrogation. If Clubber proves there's more into this, the case will favor his side.

Well apparently as andrew said you are an old player here. And i dont think you would do anything to get anyone in trouble unless they have done somthing wrong. At first i thought you were the kind of ppl who cry after a kick. But i was wrong.
Now back to the report again as andrew said we cant conclude anything without the evidence of the logs.

It's crystal clear isn't it? since when @davetheboi "Holy shit" is considered as an insult? plus the logs don't show anything wrong from Florians's side as he didn't break any rule truly, but you Clubber provoked him and accused him of swearing although he didn't swear at all, and right after you told him that you were joking and it's all right to swear, like really? since when Admins allow other players to swear? this is mark and rule number that you have obviously broken, so let's proceed with this, after he tells you to leave him alone and to "shut up" which isn't even considered as an insult nor a threat to you Clubber or to the other Admins you went directly to kick him, and when he gets back and say that he had "enough" of your childish behaviour as an Admin and you were clearly abusing your rights and that he will report you so what you do? you kick him again for the second time just like that and even worse you insulted him like other regular players do in-game while you are an Admin, so which example are you giving? how many times I warned you and we discussed this that Admins should "never" act like that and more over should never abuse their rights? countless times and you were even suspended before for one week for kicking other fellow Admin freely and publicly.

So from now on and based on those facts shown in the logs @davetheboi you wont be given any second chances as you went way too far this time so from this moment consider yourself Demoted from the DD2 Admin Team.
