Other:    Well yeah, it has been 6 months and 2 days since I've been banned and so here I am again requesting for an unban request. Probably most of you will insult me or something like that but I am just here to tell that I don't really have that much time for counter-strike anymore, just maybe a hour or two once a week and I want that hour to spend it in Ambrosia. I believe he should be given a chance. When he got banned, he didn't rage or try to harm the community in return like others did. Instead, he was always around active on the forums, and never mistreated anyone. He took his ban in sports manner, and he waited until the due date to apply for unban.

This history lesson...The cycle of bans and appeals. According to that your odds of staying banned are so high. The only thing that can help your next comment, it may lead to support from people or denial so make it count.

Concidering the  number of times element was banned in this community ( behaviour and cheats) i would rather say that he has been giving WAY too many chances. Element especially in this unban req https://www.ambrosia-servers.com/community/index.php?topic=27513.20 Even Ed told you that he is giving you your last chance and you managed to screw it again.
On the other hand  unlike @D3Y!!S  said i knew element for quite a while and i've never seen a bad behaviour from him in server. OK  maybe in the past he had  bad behaviour but it was in 2015 or somth like that. Almost 3 years have passed. Ppl change in 3 years. Also as @YOU.HAVE.FAILED.THIS.CITY  said , he didnt harm the community while banned , he stayed active on forums etc...
Last but not least, you never admitted that you were using cheats (aka wallhack in this case),  so why would the unban panel bother and give you a chance since u didnt even admit you were hacking?
Dont be so dodgy element.

You are still being dodgy. IMO if u TRULY want the unban define :"most of things". IMO you aren't admitting that u cheated.
But the good thing is your loyalty to ambrosia, unlike some ppl *cough*sober*cough*.

Element's a good guy overall, he has contributed in this community for quite some time, and did a decent job as an admin numerous times. I do agree he does have his issues, but we all do, one way or another. He was patient enough and didn't cause any further mis-conduct, and faced the concequences of his ban. I think he should be given another chance. However:

-Doing what you did for a decent amount of time right under our noses and constantly denying everything as if we're dumb was really stupid and if I didn't know you in this community I'd be really angry, so you should know you're on a VERY thin line right now.
-This is the time you open your "book". You're asking for another chance, but like ninja says, you gotta be clear. The denying part is over, you're here to admit and regret. There's no "I did some things and didn't do some things", if you want the community to show you trust, you show it trust too. So stop mixing words and make things clear, say your story.

You seem quite not good to understand you keep posting without having any clue you are just trying to defend people that are getting banned or that are getting a different opinion from me. So if you wanna go against my opinion i have no problem on that but if you keep on following me and threating me like i do not know what i am doing then we will have a problem over here. So from now on before posting anything in this forum please make sure to use your mouse and search button not your brain since it seems that you have some kind of trouble on understanding how things function here let this be a warning for you make sure to search correctly next time because if you don't and if you keep writting non sense i am afraide you will join element on his parcour.

I may have had advantages over other players but I never used any type of cheats, this may seem impossible but I didn't use any type of file, script, program or whatsoever and I played legal in every way, bhop, strafes, radar & sound until I found a bug a while ago which  matched somehow with my skills but had nothing to do with the things mentioned earlier and honestly I said with myself that I won't fuck it up again but I got addicted to it, and from the new counter-strike update it vanished, and yeah I did report it to steam but I don't know, I never got a response, I asked for money. Lol. It has nothing to do with cheats or anything like that, a glitch that I don't think anyone else managed to find out and it happened to me on random that's why VAC never detected it or anyone else, screenshots would be crystal clear until I just got bored and started making it obvious for something called life, just like the last  time with the xHack and I confess I prefer counter-strike and home than partying for one or two hours because I get bored way faster than on counter-strike.

I appreciate everyone's opinions, and I am being dead honest I didn't get Ryan banned but he decided to blame it on me and if I have the screenshots I will post because he was scared he would lose everything on Ambrosia since he got a chance too just like me so I kind of went with it and rescued Ryan but he didn't protect me at all and tried to put him self first even tho I had done nothing that got him banned, which ended up me being watched 24/7 by everyone then banned, if it wasn't for Ryan things would've been different. I am sorry for being a pain in the ass but I am not cheating on my girlfriend anymore either.

So you were dealing with ed? how comes i have never seen those screenshots? I spoke to you before hand before we accept you as an admin i hope you remember what i said to you. But somehow you didn't listen to me even tho it was for your good. I will see i still need to investigate  to see how comes that there i things i havent seen.
