Racism is not allowed and so is vulgar words used. This is true, but looking through the history of shoutbox the whole chat, I can say that there was no intention to provoke you or insult you. The guy has English problems that is for sure, but his jokes were jokes. Now the problem is... you:

You were already in a bad mood and that's why you got sensitive and took offense to anything someone was saying. As in Screenshot, what Buddy said. You shouldn't be there if you are in a bad mood. Mr BlackJoker was joking about his country, Arabs etc. Another thing would be his usage of a word "Nigger" to another member, saying that, I really don't mind and maybe a lot of people will disagree with me, but if someone was called "Nigger" and actually got offended by that, it is a different story, but because the 2 of them are joking and clearly having a good time is something I really don't see punishing for. If someone uses these words to insult, provoke then yes. Also excessive swearing etc will get you punished, it just gets messy.
@Bahnam Ayoub This is a verbal warning to you that excessive vulgar language will lead to a punishment. Also be mindful of other people who might not take your jokes.
