Other:    I think there might be a faulty pluggin or just an issue with false positives after peroids of lag. Here's the demo:

Seems to have happened to few people all morning on d2, we had a decent 6v6 going earlier on and then the server kinda "lagged" for a few seconds and everyone dropped and most didnt make it back. This lime when it lagged I got this message (surrounding text included for context):
