This guy is a famous banevader. Banning his STEAM ID will do no good since he keeps on changing it.

This is the same banevader (his ip starts from 41.100), we banned him many times with this name through ip. Unfortunately we cannot ban his steam ID, for suppose if we ban his ip and steam then he will come again so it will be useless to report here, thanks.
