Well, is he ghosting for Admins or regular players? because regular players cannot read the chat of the dead ones unless rob can change his nickname while he's dead and name him self the location where the opponents are so like this it is possible and he deserves a punishment.

As silver pointed out, indeed regular players cannot read the chat.
Here are two cases, for suppose if he was ghosting to admin chat then you shouldn't be aware of it since regular players cannot read the admin chat. If he was ghosting through name so you must upload some solid evidence or proof here.

I know rob is a good player, but sometimes he can be salty and disobey to server rules, still we need proof though.
