Q: So what is this Contest about?
- This Contest is pretty simple and straightforward. It is held for us to know who is the BEST and MOST DEDICATED player on our DD2 Only lAmbrosial (ENG) server. Starting from next month [01/06/17], the top 15 list will be reset on the server indicating the start of the contest.
Contest duration: 30 days.
Round 1: Starts on 01/06/17 - Ends on 15/06/17. On that day, the name of the top 1 player in the list will be recorded and the list will be reset again.
Round 2: Starts on 15/06/17 - Ends on 30/06/17. On that day, the name of the top 1 player in the list will again be recorded.
If the name of the top 1 player in both rounds matches, he/she will be announced the WINNER of this contest! If not, the two players will have a 1 vs 1 decider match.

Note: The reason for having two rounds instead of a full month no reset, is to give new comers/players who joined the contest late a chance to win. If the list is not reset for a full month, and if a player joins half way through the contest, it would be very difficult for him to catch up.


-To know your rank in server, type /rank or /rankstats.
-To check the top 15 list type /top15


Q: Aha, but what are the requirements?
-The following requirements SHOULD be met. Even if you were the top ranked player in the list after the 1 month period but you failed to meet these requirements, you will be disqualified.
(1) You must have a forums account with at least 5 posts.(you are allowed to make the account during the contest time, but not after)
(2) There should be no active bans on you on our server(s).
(3) There should be no active bans on you on our forums.
(4) You are allowed to have a maximum of 3 temporary bans(bans for swearing,retrying,spamming etc.) from the server within the contest period. Players with more than 3 temporary bans will be disqualified. So make sure to follow the Rules.


Q: Where should I register?
- All you have to do, is to comment below giving your "nick name in-game:". Your name will then be added to a list in a separate topic. The name you choose should be FIXED. Do not change/alter your name in the server during the contest period. Do not use common names such as "<Warrior> Player", "Player", "Pro Player", "BCB Soldier" etc. If the name you choose matches a name already registered in the list, you will be asked to change it.

If you're new to Ambrosia, or if you've been invited by one of our members, make sure to include that in your comment too and let us know who invited you!

Note: You are allowed to register even after the contest is started.


Q: What is the Prize?
The winner of this contest will receive the following:
(1) 20$ steam gift card
(2) Forum Rank!
(3) Forum Award!
(4) 1 month adminship on the server (if interseted).

Note:           -If you will take part in this Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions: You will not cheat, hack, script or use any modifications such as adding crosshairs, replacing old maps or use models which give you unfair advantage over other players. You will not come to us fighting and saying that a hacker in the server ruined your score. We will try to provide admin coverage as much as possible, but we can't ensure a 24/7 coverage. If you are an admin and you are participating in this Contest, you agree to fulfill all your duties in the server before focusing on your rank and score.

-The 'Forum Rank' and 'Forum Award' given to the WINNER are not permanent. In case this event is hosted again, and if another player wins the Contest, the rank and award will be snatched from the first winner and given to the new winner, so make sure to fight for them!

@Sneaky~RoN  and @Ed please check this topic when you have time and lemme know what do you think. me and silver were thinking about this and we think it  will help boost the server a bit without having to actually boost it, so why not give it a try?. we also believe it will help increase the admins activity a little bit and the players ofcourse. I have few things to say though before implementing this, so when you are free, and if you can talk on ts3 then lemme know please.
