Suggestion for Admin application form

I think u should add like some extra questions for admin applications like they arent whole:

1.  Do you have ts3 (headphones, microphone) admins should be more interessted in server which means that they need to help on ts3 also

2. How long are you playing on our server ? (Meaning how well are u known in our community)

3. Do you have any kick/bans ? (By that u can see are they polite or not are they swearing or insulting and also u can check their bans and see did they lie on topic and lower their chances of becoming admin)

Everything you just suggested to be added is already there maybe except the headphones and TS thingy it's not that important since there are always other ways to make contact.

There are such things in our administration section once they are accepted they should have ts3 about mic not much important as long as they can listen.
