Complaint:    This guy has been constantly freeshooting and freekiling  whenever he goes ct.
this aint the first time hes doing it, otherwise i wouldnt be reporting
dont have the previous demos

you can see the demo and in the screenshot provided i.e from the last game i played with him.
hes getting a lot annoying day by day and i think he deserves a warning
his attitude changes when an admin comes online

you can also see in the chat that the players constantly kept complaining about his freekilling and freeshooting

Evidence (screenshots, demos...):    the image in the screenshot is after the server crashed and everyone rejoined.. he killed all of them in the cells in the start of the round

can you timestamp the freekills?
I watched the first 3 rounds and I see no one getting freekilled, you should listen more often

I see him doing nothing wrong although in the beginning of first round he freekilled two people, yes indeed he wasn't giving more warning shots but you shouldn't delay.
You were killed twice by him because when he told you to go behind the red table but you didn't listen to him and you keep standing over the table not behind it so he killed you.
It happened same in second round too, he told everyone to go behind red table but you keep bhoping/jumping over players therefore he killed you.

I request @Andrew~ to make a perfect decision

the second round of the demo he told you to crouch and you didnt so he killed you and nothing is wrong with that since i was there also when this happened but its just maybe because you weren't listening to commands properly .

After watching the demo again,
sorry, we cannot take any action against him due to lack of evidence. Honestly demo shows nothing special and next time you should listen to commander's words carefully.
