So 3 pages (I got 50 posts per page) of arguing whether grossy is bad name, was it directed at the reporter and the past business. I was planning on writing a long reply, but somewhat I don't really deem it necessary after a second look. This will go as it stands and I will explain my decision as best as I possibly can.
@Queen Smiley you will have to pay a fine of 1000 Gold coins to
@Andrew~ by end of this month and if any such misconduct in future shall repeat, the fine will double. You must pay the fine on 30th of April. 2017, If you are unable to, you must contact Server Manager and explain why and then it will be his decision of how to deal with it. Suggested action is to add an extra week and eventually banned from the server if the fee is not payed.
@Andrew¬ you will then pay 500 gold to pinky as the victims fine and the other 500 for the safe keeping for dealing with this case for future events.
The reason for this decision is fairly simple. I quite understand the feeling after a day of work/school, you just want to enjoy your game and have some fun. It is rather irritating for someone who you don't even talk to, say something what would irritate and upset someone. It is clear that the word "grossy" was used against
@♥Pinky~GirliciousKitten♥ and you cannot deny that. The evidence proves it

@java GIRL and now this. Some of the evidence provided shows how immature you both can also be and there is no hiding that. As you can see, this report has turned against the both of you and there is no wonder why. You have a history of causing trouble yourselves and trying to bend the rules just as much as the person you reported or some other people like
@BuddyTrollsten . We are not blind and we can see through bends, that because something is not written in the law book, doesn't mean you will get away with everything, this applies to Queen Smiley as well.
General note.
Even though swearing, insulting and nuisance is allowed in the server, it is meant as good fun and removing personal factor. Some of you clearly don't seem to grasp this concept. When I join the server, I am insulting and I swear a lot, but I do it as good fun, creating an atmosphere rather than insult someone personally and as can be seen

@♥Pinky~GirliciousKitten♥ and that is unacceptable behavior. Continues abuse will always be punished if the other party does not appreciate it.

@Queen Smiley and any other girl who wants to create drama out of nothing and be as bitchy as possible in servers or forum, mind you we do not appreciate this. Even though it's great as people grab popcorn to watch the unfolding drama, you only earn bad reputation. Respect one another is all I ask.
