Translation : element banned stan from dust2 as he typed something in shoutbox first he got kicked then he got banned for 15 mins saying be smarter,He basically reported element for insulting i think

@Unreal | AS and @Stanislav Patjukov you both were provocative and creating a fight for no reason whatsoever. You think someone is cheating, get proof.
@eLemennT I don't see why you banned Stan for 15 minutes, you executed a warning "English only" and "no russian" but only unreadable lines I see are from unreal not Stan. Why was he banned?

But I never screened how Stanislav used to react, which he still does most of the time but he is improving. He used to swear at me, blame me, Spam. But I was hoping for improvement and I think he reached it but still needs to be better at communication, which in time he'll be better to. It may not have an exact reason why I banned him yesterday, but it's about the past he had and he passed his limits yesterday. I may not did good but a 15 minute rest is nothing to worry about.

Did it ever occur to you that he might be accusing you of cheating not because you're cheating but.. because you're cheating?
What I'm trying to say it, if it was a knife only round and must have misunderstood when you were slapping unreal for not using a knife, he might have thought you're cheating by slapping him?

I did not see how it lead to a ban when you did ban him in logs. It doesn't add up, you didn't ban him based on what he was saying in the server as he actually didn't say anything, it was unreal who used russian language. So if I do 2+2, it looks like you banned him in server based on what he said on shoutbox. That is a no go. And why as an admin do you argue about things as such? You know the protocol, we wouldn't be here asking you why you didn't do this or that. Frankly this report would be dropped if it wasn't for the lack of warnings and ending the argument right there which you have power to. Don't be biased and execute a ban based on other sources, because that is what it looks like right now. If it was me in your situation I would of warned unreal straight away without mocking and if they don't stop, issue a warning kick. Then ban if it continues. If you would of done that, you would of been covered, no matter what report was made against you. Same goes about your post on Unreal's topic, unnecessary.

You said he was irritating and provoking you? you could have simply warned and kicked him instead of going for a ban which sounds too much and abusive even if it was only for 15 minutes.

Judging from what I've seen and on some based facts @eLemennT will be suspended from his admin duties due to the rashness of using his admin rights.
