Perhaps banlist was reseted after 2016 (in the starting days), if you were banned before so you'll be unbanned but your date of banhistory shows other story.

Best way to check the story is to compare the ids. You did banevade, hence why I re-banned you as you shouldn't of been on the server. You was never banned and you have 4 active bans. If you told the truth and be honest about it man, you would have more chance to be unbanned as currently I am the only one on your side, but unban panel does not look like they want to unban you. You lie too much.

You are not using a legit steam id, you are using either multiple steam accounts or a nonsteam counter-strike which changes your steam id every so often. Or steam id changer simples.
