Alright, apologies for the ban in servers part, my mistake, but he still has the right to issue the ban on you, it's his server afterall.
The no guns in HNS part is not banable BUT if a CT sets the rule when the HNS starts then things quite change. However, I have made it clear that if someone gets banned for a rule that doesn't exist and no CT mentioned it then come straight to me, so bringing this up here is irrelevant, the issue here is Buddy and mostly dave who have been caught(even by me) multiple times breaking behavior policies and crossing lines.
No offence to you Buddy or dave, I have nothing against you and considered dave a good friend till not long ago, but you are apparetly missing common sense and logic. You are constantly abusing the fact that some things are not banable, which really gets on my nerves. You are old ambrosian members and instead of trying to contribute the community, you're the "lice" on the head(meaning ambrosia), you're becoming a nuisance unfortunately, so Roni just thought you crossed the line. I cannot say I disagree with him, especially after seeing you guys yesterday. You were spamming your ass off to defend dave in the shoutbox(I am not saying this is a bad way, not calling you a spammer) yet he was spamming nonsense/irrelevant stuff like "a black guy orders 2 number 9s..." etc, now what are you doing here asking for an unban if all you've been doing for weeks/months until now is post nonsense crap? Jezus. A friendly advice, and this time I really hope you guys listen: start using some damn logic. I was so tired warning you guys and gagging you so you would shut up and not get yourselves banned, I really didn't wanna do what Roni did, but you just don't listen and end up going against me like dave did numerous times. Well, I am really sorry but at the end of the day the ban was deserved, all you have been doing lately is bring me reports for you. Enough is enough.
So if I wasn't the one who was killed, I'm not allowed to ask or state? That's such a stupid mentality from you.
Also, I'm not saying that Dave was unfairly killed, I'm just pointing out that the CT was stupid enough to shoot dave who stood for less than a second, rather than saving his bullets for the T's that will be escaping.
You as an admin did not even know there was no such thing as a freekill or a freeday, I had to explain it to you multiple times.
I know you obviously will say you knew it but according to the times I've played with you it seems very very very unlikely.

There is no freekilling and freeday, you shouldn't spam even if your B.F.F. was freekilled. He can ask for a fd, but he simply might not get it, end of story. You are not his lawyer and we won't make a whole court so you can defend your friend for a fd. He can ask for it, but that is all.
