Dedicated server

Hey there Ambrosia i'd like to ask if anyone here could help me.
I'm making my own dedicated server like i used to own before, but i got stuck with a little problem when it came to the Amx Mod X menu.
Acording to this movie i watched i did everything right, i got the message that says "This Server is using Amx Mod x" etc etc.
I gave myself Admin but for some reason the "amxmodmenu" would not open....
Any idea why and how i can fix this?

first checkout your user.cfg (cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs folder => users.cfg that you've entered the right format or not  => "STEAM_0:0:123456" "pw" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce" if it is still not working then re-install amxmodx from amxmodx.org

I think you've not entered your acess in users.cfg first do same as I typed above when you done then go in the console write setinfo _pw "your pw", I am sure it'll work or come at ts3 and download teamviewer, may I'd fix that.

This is the "Users.ini" folder the only one i got but it won't let me change anything even when i try to override it with administrator.

I have tried basicly everything, done everything accordingly to the videos but nothing works.

I know what you said, but like i said too it's that the user file won't allow me to make the changes.
I type them in click save but all i get it "Accsess Denied"

Dont enter your name (loopback) there, enter your IP. Or change it from "de" to "ce" and replace "loopback" with your ID.

That's not my character, it was allready there but i did as you told me but yet nothing works.

try amx_kick on console

Replace "loopback" with your nickname and replace the last tags "de" to "ke" and use the exact name you've written in user.ini file in your game.
Or replace it with your steam ID and change "de" to "ce"

If you cannot edit the user.ini file either use a different software like redwolf suggested or copy the user.ini file to your desktop change it from there and then copy replace it back in the folder.
