In the 2 and 3 photos the teams looks balanced+  if you think mexxi have to be online 7/24 to manage the server then you re wrong he has a life and a job to take care off . For the main subject i really think that these models are an advantage (red and blue ) it makes you always visible even in the dark corners . HUGE SUPPORT to add bullet damage plugin it makes the server better btw i think admins are doing a great job you just have to call them on steam and they come immediately (sorry for my bad english)

when i joined here, i posted topic with some suggestions , same what are you talking about..
I tried  to make your server Classic , with awesome plugins.. ( but i found it difficult because suggestions here impossible to accept) for me delete this board of suggestions, It provides more than space for host 

- let's talk seriously you have only 1 server 32/32 slots, ( why only dust2?  Should be Public ( Dust2, Inferno , Nuke , train ). make a vote....
about the other server of 24/24 , for me, switch it into Deathmatch, with awesome New Maps,mb server will be more fun..

we had public,zombie,surf  servers before actually they had to delete  because of total reset and for new updates perhaps the staff would be on it.

you don't get the point don't you ? did you see my post ? we the players are complaining and  reporting the bugs ! we are also suggesting new features that can improve thz server and our gameplay, but ofc guys like you always defend the staffeven if they are not doing any thing of their job ....... he can do his job in less than 80m a day...... and if he don't have 80m daily he can ask @Ed to remove him!
do your job or let others do it !

Please if you don't have a life and you play cs 24/24 then apply  for admin and stop  talking to much . I don't see something wrong if you the players report some cheaters its good isn't it? From everything you said i realized that you have never owned a server  because you don't understand that the server will start lagging if you add more plugins and not all plugins are useful, lets talk about anti flash plugin its is useless because flash are a part of the game like it or not + for me your suggestions are useless you re just trying to get some posts by using philosophy.(Sorry for bad english ^)
