Also restarted my modem 2 times.

I find the same hapend on dd2, you have to restart your cs that all and he will work, try and if he work, said here

P.s on my bug he say i do one violation but finaly no when i restarted ou cs...

I think it happens when you try to join while the server is full (32/32) off your modem, reboot your pc and it'll work.

No bans in your name, you should consider the above solutions, restart router should fix it instantly

You probably spammed the "refresh" button or "Join Server". That gives you a 30min-2hours ban. Nothing staff can do (I guess).

That's weirdo tbh, I remember some players in past had the same problem like you right now as they spammed the "Join game" button while server was 32/32 so they received a permanent ban.
