you cant learn in 1 or 2 weeks or 1 month or 2 months , to start coding cs plugin you need to fail fail fail after you fail with your plugins then you start success success success :D

Is better to start with the official coding lang's like c++ or pascal so you can start amxx because you might get lost after countless of tries no matter how much you try.

I really liked the way you introduced the programmer!! I am also a java software developer.  I have also been through that path of disappointments and sleepless nights. Ultimately, all those hard works paid off. Now, I can not imagine myself being anything rather  than a software developer :)
Acknowledge your worth.
