Have I missed something?

Just forum nazi -

- racism is bla bla we all know, based in race.. One of the worst things that humankind has created..

- sexism is when gender equity and sexual minorities, transgender persons and the rest are mistreated.

So in this case it's sexism and Tony sounds like a feminist. That makes me belive he's either a gay or ladyboy..

You do know that sexism is a specified part of racism right?  Sexism can be replaced with Gender Racism. Please google search your ideas before posting them.

Nah, the general term is discrimination not racism. Sexism is sex/gender discrimination while racism is race discrimination :D
