MY EXPERIENCE AS A NON ARAB LIVING IN AN ARAB COUNTRY WITH VALVE SERVERS IN IT :
*Solo queuing.

Arabs, speaking arabic with their team the whole time, if a non-arab speaker is there, either votekick/mute/toxic.
Many of them cheat, especially living in this country, people don't give a shit about their accounts since they can just buy new ones, so cheating is common.
