Hello there Ambrosians!

I have been HA in a community to learn a bit how that job is done and bring my experience here. After the job i have been doing around i can only say that High staff from ambrosia, please, forgive me. Forgive me for not seeing the undercover work that you are doing for us. We dont see and we usually say that you are doing nothing and i used to say that but i was wrong, more wrong that i even could think. You all work for us in the server, forum to bring the best experience while you keep working and working from the most little things to the biggest. A job that is not paid and the time that is not given back to you.. this is something incredible and i am REALLY grateful for your job, from Emperor to FM, thank you for your job and  i am sorry for being
such a guy who doesnt realise of this job. I had to do that job to realise because i was blind before.

My message to the rest of members: Dont be as blind as i was, if you dont know the work that they are doing and you cannot see, dont think that they are doing nothing, they are working even if you cannot see or no one tells you about it. They are there to help you, to make a better and enjoyable server for us.

I wonder why cannot people just take my feedback in the best possible way? I have talked with it already with the JB staff and i am HA there while i learn and i will ""comeback"" here from time to time. I have not admin rights here

As for current state of affairs in ambrosia. I don't see much of a difference between 2014 and 2015, if anything I think we are going in reverse-chronological pattern. The hierarchical seats are given to the same people without any remorse for their past because of the monopoly in functionality. I've been informed about the near future, but the insipid progression just increases in logarithmic fashion that derails motivation and places the development cycle on a ticking timebomb that reaches climax with the right set of wrong coincidences.

And as such, in few iterations from thend and rambaten that have said over the course of 5 years, the right man in the wrong place can make all the differences in the world. Toxicity, Jealousy and Pusillanimity, still floats around from the leftovers of misunderstood encounters that relay on timeframes to heal the wounds but are still wide open for more damage.

Due to freedom of speech this is based on my opinion in which you can or can not agree on. Provocations are not intended as my objective nor I take kindly to reverse-psychology.

P.S: Wow, you demoted alberto in 3 seconds without consent. I mean that's pretty harsh there.

It's always nice to read some positive feedback but I don't believe that only Staff members should be concerned by this positive feedback since we are all equal and have all tried to contribute and to support this community

I understand server problems in CS:GO, nowdays most of servers in DM has choke. So many failzor dediboxes or what might be da issue?
