Okay, what on earth are you even talking about? First things first, I do believe Valve/Gaben is overpraised by PC gamers, but still wtf is that post.
In the quality of their games - Especially csgo revlover, CSGO Western Mode, not to mention other games
First things first, balance and quality of games are two completely different things. And balance is actually quite good. You probably aren't aware, but r8 has actually been heavily nerfed and weapon nerfs reverted, but alright. And to actually answer my point precisely, don't you dare to tell me that games like Half Life, Half Life 2, Portal, Portal 2, Counter-strike 1.6 or Team Fortress aren't good games, because you either are not being objective or quite frankly just have bad taste in videogames.
In community management - Yep, #FreeBans4All
I'm pretty sure like 99% of community never had issues with incorrect bans, as long as they weren't cheating. I'm not denying the offchance of an incorrect ban, but it is very rare. Also, their community management is great. They have way of actively contributing to the game correctness (overwatch), they have a working report-system, they have good in-game communication, allowing voice-chat and organize a lot of community events. Also they add community created content (own skins), promote community content (workshop for modes, maps etc) and even gives them the share of the money from it as a way of saying thank you. If that's not good community management (especially compared to other popular multiplayer games), then I really don't know what is.
In building a brand - Ok, even tho the shittiest one
Steam/Valve is some of the most successful, prestigious and universally praised business models in the universe. On top of that, Steam is basically automatically associated with PC gaming and you very rarely see a bad word spoken about Valve on the internet. I'm not saying they haven't made a bad decision, but if you compare it to corporations like EA (with their cancerous business model and in comparison to Steam Origin) or even worse, ubisoft with their broken dysfunctional games which they literally shit out unfinished as a trap for you to buy for 80 EURO (minus the DLC) and uPlay which takes the cake for worst 3rd party launcher in history, then saying they have a shit (you actually said shittiest, but I can't take that remark seriously) brand, is just plain stupid.
In company management and environment - Nope
Valve has some of the best environment one could work to wish for. It's a really good atmosphere, well paid and in family tradition. Their name is associated with positive things and envied by most companies associated in gaming, through Valve's hard work, fair policies and dedication.

Name me 1. Valve game with pay2win. 1 GAME!
Yeah... there isn't one.
So not sure from which two buttcheeks did you drag that #Pay2win from, but I'd probably leave it there, because there really isn't one. About the rest, I already mentioned in my previous points how Valve is so much better than majority of other gaming companies.
On top of that, Valve's games are always guaranteed to be good, you know you get your money's worth with whatever product you buy from them, you know they won't cheat you out of your money. They stand for everything most companies do not. No bull-shit pre-paid DLCs, no unfair pay2win practices, no day 1 DLC, no rushed out games every year that are getting progressively lazier and worse and treating customer like their boss, not their toilet paper.
In organizing events and tournaments - Underdogs AF (Betting)
This point is literally nonsensical. Valve has some of the best tournaments with best organization, caster line ups and least amount of waiting. On top of that it's usually good tournament formats as well (unlike let's say league of legends lazy ass bo1s). Their events are always fun to watch and you can only expect quality organization with anything that has Valve behind it. (unlike ESL).
Also, Betting has literally nothing to do with event / tournament organizing, so yeah. If anything, I'm pretty sure Valve would be glad to not have any betting happening at all, because it's actually monopolization of their own property. And the fact an underdog wins is someone's own stupidity and risk associated with betting, not the company behind the game's fault.
There's a saying. Don't blame the casino owner for you losing all your money, blame yourself being stupid enough to gamble it away in the first place.

Alright, it can get annoying, I can give you that.
