Give me a good reason-RON

So today I got demoted as I was an admin of [JB] server and the reason was disarming another admin,
I know it hurts a littile bit but its fair that i got demoted since I broke on of the server rules that forbides using guns against other admins.
Now the problem here is not that im complaining about how stupid the reason of the demotion is but,
2 days ago sneaky Ron the -head admin assist- rocketed "tony" -another [JB] admin claiming that he freekilled him 3 times and he got pissed of because of that , a while later I see Ron getting rocketed by tony as a result of tony getting mad of rony , now obiously they both broke the same rule that I did , now why I got demoted and they didnot thats a thing that I have to know.
and roni dont try and convince me by saying i gott pissed of and tell me your story again, All im saying is the same punichment has to be applied on them both otherwise its going to be count as some sort of uggh I dont know "figure it your self".

Well I think high staff doesn't get demoted as easy as regular staff rawr plus already explained that and I think sneaky added a bunch of links describe ur abusing history however Tony case a bit different cause Tony didn't get warned 3 times+ and sneaky explained how he gave u guys a lot of chances already so it's not fair for Tony to get demoted because of 1 rocket.

You're complaining about how tony didn't get warned/demoted?
But he did warn all of us (except me) in the jailbreak admin meeting...
Guess Roni considered that as a warning to all admins

I think the demotion is deserved in this time , alot of abusers nowadays and this thing has to be fixed  , its a warning to all the admins , i think u should've waited for some time then apply again this topic made things worse between both of u.

You did not get demoted just for "disarming an admin", as Ron replied and showed a lot of stuff which you did. I think thats more than enough to demoted you. To be honest it looks to me Ron gave you a lot opportunities and you kept doing your thing and abusing on everyone. As for Ron rocketing tony it was jb_oasis if I recall correctly and Tony free killed Ron like once or twice cause he thought that Ron doesn't have a free day but he did. After he free killed 2 times he got rocketed, and to be honest there is nothing wrong about that action (at least in my eyes).

Let me explain what happened and why Roni rocketed me. At first, I was commanding and roni got freekilled by me. Then the day after that, I commanded all prisoners to go inside the cage, roni was outside the cage delaying, I forgot about his freeday and since he was not glowed I shot him in the head and killed him. Then after that roni says on the mic that he had a freeday, I told him you were not glowed and you didn't remind me of your freeday so technically I did not freekill him. Whether it was a freekill or not is kinda technical, but I did what I though was right and I stand by that choice. After that roni rocketed me for freekilling.

Regarding me rocketing roni some time after, I will let roni explain this if he wishes since it's server related stuff and I don't think im authorized to speak regarding such things.

You are still lucky that he took the time to issue a warning on you several times and that he didn't demote you directly.

I once applied for the Fun Server in 2011-2012 and was accepted. A week later, I was demoted because somebody owned a demo in which I was breaking a rule (no killing in Fun Server) while I broke this rule before I was accepted and when the server was still in its baby steps so everybody in the server was basically killing each other. I wasn't even given a warning and the demotion was taken in my back as the demotion record system didn't exist at that time and the only reason I was aware of it was because the Community Leader of that time came to the server to execute the amx_reloadadmins command when I was on it.

But times have changed. Now Staff Members give warnings as they tend to communicate with the rest of the members/administrators and most of the time, their actions are totally justified.

Keep in mind that RoN is a Head Admin Assistant and not a normal administrator and therefore, I believe that he owns the right to punish and to execute commands on the normal administrators that are part of his team as long as it's justified.

I remember when I was Eros's assistant (he was the one managing the server at that time). The map changed and he asked for a CT. I selfed without waiting for his permission as I was the Head Admin Assistant at that time but yet, he still transferred me back. I don't really know whether he was joking with me or not but I'm sure that it was a way for him to get respected by the rest of the administration team.

If you believe that I should have not posted my opinion only because this doesn't concern me at all, then feel free to remove my post but I'd still like you to understand my point of view.

here comes the problem which is I cant take SS for somereason , otherwise i would of take SS ofcourse and defend my self.
one more thing id like to say is that I dont want people to post their opinions here if thats possible and more focus on "high staff team's opinion" since i understand that most of you guys gonna go against me and suppot him. and last thing to roni: are you sure you checked the time when the SS wqas taken and the logs? because I dont remember using admin powers on other admins this last week atleast

(I know that ron will say I'm just an admin I don't have the right to interfer into these stuff) but I'm just pointing out my opinion about it. I'm pretty sure that the right thing to do is to warn Soska since he already passed his trial period.

Dams I got no idea what are you talking about??? I am little bit confused right now heh , Ron never used his admin right on me "to have fun" and he used once on tony which is now used as a report. They don't have to abuse admin rights to "have fun" you know.We are in ts3 cause we talk and have fun in our way, certainly not by abusing every damn admin command on each other. Admin is not given so you can abuse to have fun with someone, I know its fun sometimes but you don't have to abuse it every time you are the only admin on server, and clearly Soska did that.
This just looks like a childish act of someone who is mad/sad cause he lost his rights. I mean he didn't even bother to fill the form (how mad you must be to just start reporting just cause you got demoted by your own fault)

Please make sure to read all the topic here first and read what tony said he freekilled me 2 or 3 times that's why I rocketed him. And me and tony we are working on server side to find à way with him if we can block admins to use rights on another admin without immunity. I apologize if I am trying to do something good for thé server.

And damss try to do use thé commands that soska used from the day that he is admin in server try doing that in dd2 or public and look for how long you are gone be admin.
I said to them clearly I am HAA for 3 months here and I did 3 meeting to explain everytime so I think when its enough its enough. They got warned more then 5 times and you still call this unfair I am the only guy here maybe who talks with their own admins ans did give more then 5 times chances so saying this when you have no clue about how we manage jailbreak it just seems that I have done something to you and you want to go against me. You people talk and you dont even read what its said in thé topic. I had just enough I am à human being I have limits too. Please next time make sure to read the god damn topic then reply. Because I am sick and tired of people who dont read and have no clue about it and after they come and reply.

And maybe I am with tony and sma Lee in ts3 but when it comes to the community I stand next to rules. Let's take an example me and azzazi I took action on him he understood.

Smaj Lee and tony can say clearly and card Clasher too if they do something wrong I am gone rape them not really rape but by words and they know that.

Friendship and community are 2 different things they dont walk together.

I have banned my réal life friends I went against my réal life friends in thé community I went against my sister and do you really think that I wont go against somebody who is in thé internet and that dosent follow rules. So please calling me unfair  about all the actions and all the chances I gave to soska its like you are saying that I am the dumbest person in this world.
