Staff Complaint against Ultor

So it all started when I went CT with mini at around 1pm. We were commanding at jb_snow when Ultor a few mins later joined the server... We were doing SDs since the last minutes of the map were being played.
  And the SDs ended. We voted for next map, we chosed it, and yeah.. Map was changing. (I had played ~10 minutes as CT)
And, map didnt change to what we voted (tekosmanli), it changed back to jb_snow. I calmly asked Ultor 'what happened' and he told me that that map has downloading issues. I asked him "can you change map to something else then" and he refused. Like we had played that map for an hour, and Ultor wasn't changing the map just because he's lazy to type in 'amxmodmenu' in console and change map. I asked him again to change map, and he refused once again.
Then, after he set gravity to 300 with 5 Ts running around like chickens without heads, he finally decided to go CT after 10 solid minutes. (While those 10 minutes, he didn't let me go ct). He went CT, and did SD immediately! Like.. Aren't you supposed to command or do fun days? OR AT LEAST USE YOUR MIC? Then, we voted for Riot day. Here's when he poured gas over fire.
We voted Riot day, and instead of Ultor starting to command AS HE'S SUPPOSED TO, he just opened the cells and went in gunroom. The rules clearly tell "Riot day is treated as a cage day", but in Ultor's head it was treated as a Free day.
Then, I tried explaining him that he was doing wrong, and he threatened me of gagging me. Like LOL!
I kept on going, and he gagged me for 2 mins, and I couldn't stay anymore in there, and came to report Ultor. He also kept ignoring me while I was asking him questions like "Can you change map" "Can I have mic access" etc. So yeah, evidence is below.

He should at least get a warned. He abuses, lot since he got his admin rights, back he act hard like bossy.

If I was to report him probably will be 10 reports, frome against him..

It was at the morning, I joined the server and there were around 6 players playing SD. While we were playing the SDs, Bess was a commander and he kept on spamming me on his mic that he was only CT for few rounds and and wanted be CT next map. I said to him maybe. While we were voting for SDs, map vote got bugged and there was like only 1 person who chose the map Tekno. I personally love the map and wanted to play it but some people have issues with downloading the map files since its too big, and we only had few players in the server.

In order to attract more players, I decided to change the map to snow because we all know that everyone joins when its snow, otherwise, if the map was Tekno then the server would have been empty by now.

When I changed the map to snow, bess and only him kept on spamming to change it. I explained to him that some people have issues with the downloading process and we wont get many players leading to an empty server. However, he kept on spamming. This is when I decided to make a fair vote for changing the map and guess what the result was? It was a no. Note that I put no as the option 1 so people would check before randomly selecting.

I went CT and we played special days, there were no problems but mr bess decided to make one. When Ts chose Riot Day, one of the Ts left the vent and opened the cells, so I decided to make it look like a freeday. We know that Riot day is one of the most useless sds in the vote menu as there is zero chance for the CT to survive.

Anyway, he kept on spamming and provoking me, but I didnt really care to be honest. I warned that if he kept on complaining he will be gagged, and guess what he said? You can check the screenshot for that.

Riot Day rules are the same for cage day, hence if time crosses 8:00 its a FD and same if a T opens the cells also a freeday.

@Ultor there was no reason for a gag either since it wasn't really provoking, just let him be - other than that you haven't done anything wrong.

You didn't change it to snow, it actually bugged and changed automatically to snow...
Then, I wasn't spamming. I told you like 3-4 times to change map.. And as far as I know, spamming looks like this:

pls change map
omg dude change map
omg i hate you change map!!!
omfg im gonna report you change map!!
So i was clearly not doing that, I maybe threatened you as if Imma report you, but I didnt spam. Logs can be checked as proof.
Then, about the Riot Day... Lol you liar you opened the cells yourself, and did a FD. Useless or not useless, you should command on Riot Day.

Ehhh you better check ur facts boy    When the map changed, I quickly changed back to snow, it didnt change automaticly. Just because u got a shitty pc or internet and took longer for u to connect it doesnt mean it crashed    You are free to check logs for that. 

And again.... one of the Ts (cant remember the name properly) opened the cells, apparently you were so into spamming you didn't even notice this. I repeat this again, you better check your facts properly before complaining.
