I had the nickname "Isis Ninjas are Gay", and I played with this nickname for about 2-3 days on the jailbreak server without a single complaint.
By joining today, Supertomi did not argument or try to reason with me about the nickname having the absence and violation of segment II and VII in administrator conduct executive stratification. I have my theory that the name does not ridicule or refer any political or racial category, because the country of ISIS do not contain the social category Ninjas. If you have some evidence that there is a political or racial category please provide objective and reliable source of evidence.

After peaceful conformation of his actions, I have changed my name into something simple ".(dot)". Taking into account that the rule exists of forceful implementation of ASCII characters I did happen to witness an administrator yesterday having the same exact nickname ".(dot)". By choice I did not contemplate to question what was the sole purpose of this (maybe the range of his procrastination for nicknames has exceeded or wanted a simple undercover name). Because of that event which occur yesterday I have given myself freedom to use that name. Supertomi having a plausible behavior inconsistency due to the little confrontation about my inquires right after I changed my name to ".(dot)" kicked me.

Because an admin broke a rule by mistake, it doesn't mean everyone can do the same, it will turn to a mess then. you could've talked with him or reported him.

Oh, on the contrary...

If an administrator is doing something with full consent of his representation of this community's administrator team, his mistakes cost him a great deal of players that can either choose to do that or not. Not to mention the user "buddy" was banned having the exact purpose of inclusion of non-ASCII characters. I think it's pretty unfair for him and me. Administrator privileges as I recall do not grant you tolerance or refusal of basic general server rules.

I would have talked to him, but I did not choose to cause trouble in the server. Not to mention I had no idea who was it and I did not want to make a false conclusion.

I was there, and I talked with PL about this, but he didn't change his name. About the "ninjas" you obviously know that some Muslim females wear a black dress (some of them with the eyes open, and some completely black, aka Ferexhe in Albanian idk how you say in English) but you still refused to change your name.
Nothing bad would have happened, if you changed your name to something else, which we muslims don't get offended by.
Anyways Tomi did nothing wrong imho. You should have changed your name to avoid any further discussions, but you refused.

I would like to add that the dialog that took place had people from Arabic origin that stated your interpretation was flawed, as you didn't provide any fluidity to the conversation except repetitive facts and your own "interpretation"

Im not saying it is racist (or not), but if action was taken in one case, it should be the same on the other aswell.

You're redirecting to isis in some sort, that shouldn't be allowed here specially in these times.

Because it's a paradox ray. Nobody should be offended because of a fiction term "ninjas" that reside in Isis are Homosexual to my nickname.

The only and I mean only offensive thing is if that word was removed. But, because it's there it emphasizes on Ninjas. So unless you can find a group of people that used a time machine from Feudal Japan and came to Isis and took on the name Ninjas from Isis then yeah. Pretty offensive in that alternative history.
