Steam Signature Request

[Bess]

Hey guys!
So I've been thinking about this for a very very long time, and I never knew how this was done.
You might be wondering "wtf is this kid talkin 'bout?!" Well, I'm talking about the Steam Profile signatures, just like Ray's one. How are those done? Is there a website or a trick to do them?
I'm really curious to know, because I need more and more friends in my steam because soon I'm gettin a new pc and I wanna play some csgo with different people

P.s my steam is bes67 in case anyone wants to do me a favour and add me

How do I put it as my signature? Do I save on desktop, upload it and get the forum code then put it on my profile. Am I correct?

The topic moved, and ReFresh isn't moderator of this board. So someone from highstaff should lock this up.

I don't have moderation rights in this board

I actually posted in this topic and locked it when it was in the Off-Topic corner and was going to move it but for some reason, I had to edit my post and therefore, the topic was locked but not moved. But I had to unlock the topic in order to modify the post (a bug in the permissions) but I basically forgot that I unlocked it and then I edited my post and moved it without locking it again :-
