Meantime, i'l move this to unban request. If it goes to unbanned you can then file a report against roni, untill then. Nope.

If unban panel wishes him to create a new topic pm him and trash this one. I guess this one suits fine though.

Countries like Algeria Tunisia ...ect have unreleased dynamic IP that s why FBI has a hard time tracking international hackers from this areas
In europe the majority of countries have released static IP i invite you to study the subject to manage the ban board more fairly .

Please excuse my forum rule lack of knowledge , and explain me or direct me with a link to the rule that forced my complaint to be deplaced.

I'm sorry ProperNickname, I thought you were a baneveder as there was one person who called me a TV Reporter which gave me the idea you might be a baneveder. As for the blame, I would be taking it as Roni enacted on my demand, I just said i have the slightest idea that you could be that baneveder. I would not press on banning you, but since there was already a baneveder (proven one, "xD). It occur that you would be his friend or something that made roni think you both were on a Crusade.

My apologies for the accusation, I will try to not make a mistake again.

Now let me ask again, will you press with a Unban appeal or a Complaint against Roni?
