Nice one, logo seems fine. But imo, the test looks like its made in cooltext. And not wery good. Maybe some reflections on the frame, and text shouldnt be equal. It should get smaller in edges to make it look like it is a circle shape (seen from top).
I rate it 7.5/10

EDIT: I assume you have used custom brushes to make text look like it is scratched. This makes it look like its painted, not that good. As i can see, you have used gradient to make frame reflection. But you should squeeze it to give a nicer effect. And reflection on green area should be there.
