I indeed was trying to improve my manners and behaviour on the forums as Voidist. Was doing well, but then, all of a sudden - Pim comes online, tells me "Why you here darw3n", then does all of the ways to limit the forum access - shoutbox ban, pm access ban, and mute.

Funny how the warning message was written with a "U". Tells a lot about it's seriousness.

Then I clearly do not like Pim's commentary on this afterwards. I ask "Why are you doing this?" The answer comes - "Cuz Rip"
Mature, right?


So the thing is, I have done nothing wrong as Voidist. The dirtiest thing I've done then was getting a ct ban (CrimeMiz's concern). But then, it got solved afterwards and I was able to be a ct weeks later.
I know, that there is a rule about multi-accounting. But evading Muting/Moderation? Not mentioned in the rules. So that's a sterotypical reason for a ban. Even though, how am I gonna like navigate around the forums, share thoughts, prove truth, prove that I'm minding my manners when Pim comes and mutes me straight away.
Besides, nobody cared about the multi-accounting for at least 2 months since i was FORCED to register once again. Andrew knew I was Gumball, but didn't care about the multi-account, neither did anyone else...

Now then, here is what I'm gonna do...
Unless somebody else from the staff team has reason and evident belief that you had far many chances for your incompetent behavior following standard forum rules of ambrosia,he can override my resolution concerning the situation in which I can't help you. However, as I'm still a fresh forum moderator, it's wise if you comply to my actions as being the least harmful to your membership in ambrosia.

First and foremost, I will eradicate sentences and words in which you gumball have posted them as a sign of your overwhelmed anger, I will not be held accountable if after this post you continue your aggressive pursuit for your "justice".

Secondly, Do not use this account to post anywhere else except in this complaint. Otherwise your previous accounts and previous attitude will completely be appended as evidence to file you as a baneveder on the forum in which any forum moderator will freely mute/ban you. Do you agree?

Thirdly, I suggest to you gumball to make a unban request, and not a complaint against Pim. This would be a necessary step if you wish to not repeat the scenario of getting muted/banned. Because any highstaff can validate you having quite a number of accounts in which he won't know what account are you using, not to mention the warning log not having any inputs of your current situation. Do you agree?
(I will move the topic in the unban section in which Head Forum Moderator Popay will decide your outcome, by agreeing)

Gumball, you have been involved with numerous occasions of insulting,swearing,provoking,disrespecting many staff in ambrosia. It does not surprise me that you have been once again muted and banned from the shoutbox as it's quite easily predictable when you are starting trouble. Your past and history should have told you that your position in ambrosia is really violate, and can easily be tipped off if you aren't careful.

Also, everybody keeps saying, that I cannot take critisism. Look at those repliers in the same topic, believing, that forum enviroment is "JUST FINE! NOTHING WRONG ABOUT IT! YOU'RE THE DUMB ONE, GUMBALL!", and that nothing should be fixed and done about it. Hyppcrite hunt would be successful there. Then moving on to Jailbreak admin applications, to be certain - the very first one. I wrote what you see here - And everybody considered it racist. The problem is, that people for some reason look for every reason to call others racist, like it was cool or something. Yes, it was a thoughtless writting, but has no connection with any kind of racism. And then, provocations came, with insults (such as - retard) and ultimate consideration of Gumball being a racist. There was no other way for me to react on this, because it all went terribly wrong and out of truth. The only blame I ever take when being in ambrosia is this PM - Then moving on to the 3rd application. Appears, that Andrew was so not into it, as he needed a "REASON....REASON, MATE!!!" while never considering of, what posibilities would I have given to the Jailbreak server. People keep judging ct's for their lack of creativity, which is why applied as an admin - no creative ct's available - do creative custom days with admin commands, even as ct. I know, what you can do a plenty of them without the power, but with it, there would be twice as many games as I have ever suggested in Jailbreak topic (now remains in archives). So this whole thing made no sense as a coinsidence, as it's never certain for anyone but me, what is still missing in Jailbreak and why are there more SPECIFIC admins required. Then the argument about SuperGeent was also probably what you consider. ------------------------------------------------------------- And that is EXACTLY how I became your Ripball.

FYI, Pim has nothing to do with the mute on your account.
I was the one. And the reason is spot on why i muted u.
U are evading a mute on Darw3n and u are double accounting.
So we can have a huge discussion about who's wrong or right. But u will not win this at all.

Rules are rules and they are there to be obeyed. If u cannot do this then it will result in punishments.

Personally i do not hold grudges, (For the PM) But in my opinion your verbal language and interpretation of such language is rather poor.
You come off both childish and rude, while also being aggressive.

I'd advise the FM team to think of a suitable mute time as in my opinion you've only really had one warning but i think 1 is enough if your attitude(in my opinion) is still poor.

You're not banned in servers however so i'd recommend them keeping it to a moderations leven also for a few months to try keep you in check

In conclusion, i think you'll learn and are learning as it's a pretty well presented topic where you think you're not in the wrong but you infact are.

Yeah right, I would accept an evader that got CT banned as well and loses his mind for tiny little things. And then after I denied your app and one of the reasons was "I do not trust you'll change your behavior in the near future" guess what, soon after you got CT banned for your behavior. Funny coincidence, aint it? Yes I didn't really care that much about your account, I remember muting one of them and soon after you returned, I thought of you as a guy that did not fully receive a just treatment, but you sir deserve to never be able to join here again, unfortunately.

Well I felt like a had a good chance when being Voidist, but Don ruined it.

Then, the only proof, why all of the repliers (Don and Replica are the only exceptions)  can be considered irrogant is the fact, that they are missing the main point of the topic. This is not an unban request.
As for Andrew, you cannot judge me for that CT ban, because you have not been the witness and the only reason for your final consideration was my "reputation" or your overwhelming support on CrimeMiz.

A mute itself for a long time is an irrogant move. It shows, how easily pissed off that muter can be. Because that action should be done only for advertising, endless spamming and such.

The funniest thing is, that the post, that made Don mute me, was the one in "Gumball's gaming topic", where I simply asked Rawplus to explain me more about youtubing, and as well apologised for my behaviour there (don't understand this apologising part litterally, so don't judge it if you look at that post that way).

These false judgments are making me sick, and it's the only reason I go agressive. Because the hidden truth must be proven.

Then, you cannot judge a human's natural personality by posts, because you don't see him behind the screen. By history, because human and everything else changes. Both behaviour and appearance. By reputation, because it's easy for you to consider the person the way you see him acting bad, and not seeing him acting in opposite way.

As a final note, I was supposed to be banned already. But since there is no forum rule about evading mute/moderation, it would have been less consequensual to ban my "Darw3n" account.

I mentioned it but you decided to ignore my reply.

You will only be allowed to use your primary account as you know it is not permitted to create other accounts so this one along with your 2nd(?) one voidist will become inaccessible once this is resolved. Although some time has indeed past since you creating and using that account, it won't be an acceptable reason to me on interpreting the rules however this may have highlighted in a flaw where something should of been done sooner rather than now.

On your primary account, I've checked your warning history and it's quite lengthy. It's interesting that we didn't implement a system where if you were to have an X number of warnings you'd get banned as this list would surely count for a forum ban.

Did you ever request to lower your warning level on your account? As this would of avoided a mute. If not, why not? Even when you were muted you could of done a FMR in the helpdesk directly to the Emperors for us to consider if the mute was valid and for what length it should be. Did you ever try to contact anyone to get it removed?

Although there is not nothing in the rules regarding "avoiding / evading a mute" that argument is dead in the water with creating another account (Multiaccounting) and for that reason we wouldn't need to implement a rule like that.
