[Dropped]Complaint about admin/VIP on surf

[Suspect]

This all started with me having a bit of FPS lag spikes. I was playing surf and it got to the point where in my point of view I was rather lucky with my kills then all of a sudden someone starts complaining "Suspect fix your lag" then Pato with ping 100-300 joins to his side and says "Fix your lag" and I didn't reply because right after someone said I was lagging I closed all my downloads and went back to cs and saw Pato typing that. So then after a few more rounds of Pato consistently telling me to fix my lag, he then threatened me that he'd kick me if I don't fix it and I replied that you can't kick someone for ping unless it exceeds 250 which mine has always been 50-150. He'd always repeat "Respect me and fix it" which I found weird because my sources doesn't tell me that because he's name is Pato, that I should respect him and him not respecting me (by telling me to get off the game). Black star did ask us to stop arguing and I indeed was trying my best to reduce my typing as always considering it affects my streak  . It then got to the point where Pato again tried to discourage me from playing by telling me to get off this game if I can't fix it and then he actually kicked me when I got kind of ticked off because of the fact he's repeating himself over a billion times so I replied "Kick me" and here's my console when he did kick me. My question to you is that is this a fair kick? Lag isn't always easy to fix therefore staff should try to to encourage us to fix it and not to discourage us from playing and that's the only reason I didn't "show him respect"

Ehm I also ask people to fix their lag, but I do not kick them for that reason. And you asked him to kick you, so he did. From what I read, I think if you would of waited for him to kick you for having a high ping, things would of looked different, but idk

Neh pato shouldn't have kicked him imho, he went into bossy mode: "respect me"
He tried to force people to respect him, not the way to act as an admin if you ask me.

Also: no evidence, no claims. Although you haven't been kicked by HPK says enough for me

After that you said : (I wanna see PATO kick me) I kicked you for disrespecting me which is an important RULE.

It didn't look like you were "asking nicely", I only got disrespectful because you said it like you're really superior in my point of view. Everyone uses the speech "Stop crying" so why does my specific reply mean so much to you for you to threaten to kick me?

4/5 players all at the same time complained about his lag. He replies with: stop crying. Not appropriate but understandable, he's just trying to play the game as well now isn't he?

About his actual lag ya'll claim he had fps lag or w/e (lel) but nothing of that is proveable and therefore nobody can really count on that other than the fact 5 guys complained so yeah. You could have at least tried something?

And about pato, my previous comment goes for that

I disagree. If you constantly comment on someone's ping (10 mins straight) i can understand why someone would reply with kick me as if you truly can't help it the guy is just being a pain in the ass

Kicking because a player is lagging, is not allowed.
A plugin has been implemented to kick the player when they reach above ~250 ping consistantly.
It may not be flawless plugin of course, but still you shouldn't have kicked suspect regardless as to whether he was asking for a kick or not.
Provoking on the other hand I feel was not present as I browsed through the logs and checked. To be fair, you just seem a little upset that you couldn't killed him due to his supposed "lag", and saying "respect me" will not gain respect from players in the server, believe me.

Also Black star, you were present when the argument was taking place and so I feel that you as an admin should've taken charge of the situation instead of leaving Pato up to his own devices since you are after all and admin whilst he is still a VIP. You should be doing the administrating, not him. He is there as a use for when there are no admins present, but to also help out occasionally when they are there.

All in all, it could've been avoided with some simple communication and so there was no need for it to come to a report.
I feel that Pato could've handled the situation better, but I also do not feel that it is report worthy nor punishable.
Black star also could've acted faster, but since he is still on trial there will be no need to involve him in punishing either.
Next time just try to sort out situations in a better more professional matter than giving in to anger and complying with what ever anyone says.
