Not sure why you are exactly leaving. If this is rage quit type of leaving then you need to calm down a bit.
I know you tried to talk to me, but I was not available at the time, I am pretty inactive this week as I stated in admin board, I pop up when I can.
To explain your suspension.
I follow up logs quite closely due to JB is crashing in an odd manner, so was following some of the patterns. I opened the chat logger just to see what's going on and there was 3 things what I noticed almost immediately.
While you have been typing in chat, there was a player who joined and said "shit server", you said nothing, he was quit a rude person. The player (I won't name who it is, he knows himself) went on a bit about it, no response from you. Now this first factor isn't new. I have warned and noted that all admins while on server should pay as much attention to chat as they can, specially if they are T. It wasn't the first time I noticed you didn't warn people for offences or insults they need to be warned for. It is true that we allow swearing, but why people dislike it, is because some people exceed the boundaries, admins are there to keep it within boundaries and players can have some language freedom, when admins are not giving a damn, it results with topics like these - "Remove swearing rule".
Secondly, someone said about soccer ball not being there, and I believe your response was "nothing is working", "**** sami". It is taken out of context a little bit, as there were more replies in the middle, but the main bit is the same. Due to text not having a context, be careful of what you type publicly on server. The fact is, I could understand if you were joking around, but from the text I read, didn't seem like it. Don't think I have to say anything else about it?
Thirdly, I also believe I posted about the things I personally was doing with server, as disabling plugin one by one. I also explained that we didn't have test server as our current server is running 1.8.3 not 1.8.2, It takes time to make a server to that version and I dont know where to start that's why I am awaiting on Roni. In the meantime I explained why I removed bits and pieces. As an Admin you should of said that to the other players, but you either forgot or was not aware of it, or just didn't give a damn. And it does lead me to, lack of attention, lack of forum attendance.
The suspension was 2 weeks. There is no reason for you to leave, I still believe you can do good and we can have a chat next week about reinstating your admin, of course with a promise that you "be an admin" and an example to others. I like you Musii, so I have nothing against you personally. I know you had an accident and you are going through some little hell, but if you join the server, it cannot be an excuse mate. I mean, you are capable of playing, but not administrating? If that was so, you could of asked me to remove your rights for time being. Right?
