Head-admins and them are all busy fixing servers.
I can imagine them getting spammed by many people. Sami (Eros) for example sometimes ignores me but allways replies when he can. They cannot always answer when you want them too...

And I am shocked how you got admin with that level of English -_-.

Also about your ilness or something, you should not be playing Jailbreak banning/kicking people if you are that ill or what ever ilness you got. You should not use your broken leg or what ever as an excuse...
