Fix Child Boards' Settings
« on: July 23, 2014, 07:42:42 pm »
Hey all.

Well since you are looking forward to improving the forums, I had to start this topic.

Some Child Boards do not have the right settings and some people start topics there in which normally topics should not be fixed.

One exemple of board in which settings have been well settled up is this one :
Denied CS Admin Applications

Some other boards have not been well settled up, and people have already started topics there.

So, in order to avoid this, I started this topic with a list of boards in which the settings should be changed to : Read Only.

Here is the list of boards in which settings should be fixed.

It is going to be fixed by the high staff.

Thank you for suggesting.

Fixed.

It causes a little bit of trouble as due to the fact that we are not allowed to move topics out of it at the moment though so topics have to be carefully handled.

I'd have used the Archive permissions for it but it seems to be rather buggy and as such does not prevent people of posting in it. For now this will do but I'll ask someone with more permissions to help me fix it so that we can actually delete/move/... topics if we are supposed to have permissions in them..
