I'm not going to rate this simply because there is nothing to rate.

I don't like this as nothing actually sticks together. The text is okay but that's just text and there is an anime character that just doesn't suit the tag whatsoever. I can see that you've tried to make it look all nice and fancy but it just doesn't work unfortunately.

I don't think that's the issue actually. What ruins it is the font. That font doesn't go with the stuff around. Try a different font Decrease the font size as well...
