Color: Light blue, love the colour
Background: Your choice, league of legends if possible
Materials: N/a I'm not very creative
Comment: Just something neat and not too fancy :)

these are really good but why ezreal? :D :D
cause pulsfire Ezreal is like one of the only skins that uses most likely light blue particels/skin colors.
