Well I played CS:GO with Windows 7 before and changed to Windows 8.1 Pro...
And I have not  yet even overclocked my system

Now I have 60-70 more FPS...150stable fps in aim_map

And peaked out near 200..But my fps locked 200..so cant know how high in end it can peak...

That's weird. Changing OS, specially to Win8 normally shouldn't raise your fps.... Maybe you did some update that might Interfered with your pc perfomance ?

Well I had windows 7 ultimate but somehow it didn't let my system using 4 cores and only showed 2 cores..I thought my processor was BROKEN..
So my clean of Windows 7 ultimate was fail? I found out ultimate was not supporting 4 cores at all and I should make some tricks to work all cores..

Well I have now Windows 8.1 PRO with all 4 cores working now and performance boost is dramatical..Well of course it would be if I had only 2 cores strugglin with CS:GO :D.....
Well I played public later with 200fps stable in de_nuke...And in CS:GO the fps must be much higher than 100...Didn't play MM yet..Game is just awesome now with good FPS...

This system well enough for Adobe photoshop and inDesign and now CS:GO..But I need little more memory..But I seeked memory this system 8GB; 2x4GB => 200 EUROS...TROLO...

I didn't buy the memory:D Yeah I think also something was also wrong after all in my install for windows 7..But I did it twice but nothing changed...I just found out later after changed OS that I should configure settings in ultimate.
