We all have more than 60MB/s here in UAE right now , it's for the upcoming Celebration of the UAE National Day on Dec 2nd.
All the channel packages for ELIFE IPTV are unlocked as well , the extremely HD sports channel .

All i knew was the extremely HD sport channels unlocked didnt know about 60MB/s

By the way those results are pretty fake but yea I've done this speed test a couple of times and got the same result. I always get 200KB/s download speed, 100KB/s upload and stable 100 ping

I guess that i cannot complain because when i am downloading, it reachs 6,2 mb/s xD  I am happy with this  This is one of the best internet that you can have in Spain, you can have also 100 and 200 mb, but it costs an astronomical price
