Got this new net a week ago , nothing has changed from the previous one since ping stays over 100+ all the time.

Just to clarify; 8 bits = 1 byte. So what ever digits you're seeing dividing them by 8 will give you the correct speed of your internet. It's a way of fooling people unfortunately...



Actual speed:

Download (approx.) 2 mega-bytes.
Upload (approx.) 1.7 mega-bytes.

This is way below par of what I was promised: 8 mb! If you can be bothered you can take your ISP's to court if they're not giving what they promised - Get rich quick scheme.

I was proud of my Internet Speed, but when I saw some other people's net speeds (Download Speed Specifically) I felt so poor  :-[
