In US dollars that would be 1500. However, I live in Lebanon, and those parts are imported from abroad (actually the US). Therefore I think it would be much less expensive if you are living in the US since shipping isn't that much expensive there. If you would convert those dollars in LBP (Lebanese Pounds also know as Lebanese Liras) that would be approx: 2 250 000 L.L. (don't worry it ain't that much, since LBP is so cheap, everyone in the country is a millionaire )

Which one should I buy? I have only 500€ and those computers are aftermarket. I have harddrives and dvd

For 500 euros? I don't think so, getting a powerful CPU requires other hardware parts to match it in performance.
Will you put a race car engine on a bicycle? Same goes for your suggestion.

I need help to choose best OS for current setup..I play with my machine some CSGO and use it for photography and video editing..I have currently Windows 8.1 pro, but I dont personally like the whole system...

So I am thinking downgrade for Windows 7...What is the best Windows 7 OS?

Windows 7 ultimate 64?
Windows 7 home Premium 32 ?
