In the meantime read clearly the Unban Request Rules and check the Banlist to see the information on your ban. If the admin doesn't provide a demo or comment within 48h after you posted this unban request, then you'll go free and you'll be unbanned.

SuperHero is long dead server, but why you didnt made an unban request the same day when you was banned first? Maybe thats why you are now getting denied  for every unban request you make. when i bought CS from steam my Steamid changed so i can join the servers but i didn't but sometimes i join it like 2 times only
